Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa - Temple Hills

It was okay but not true Peruvian food at all!!!! The broccoli seemed fresh but lacked any flavor. The green beans were oily but didn’t have any flavor. So disappointed. The chicken wasn’t bad but the sauces are commercialized in a package. It was like mayonnaise and was NOT authentic. The maduros/plantains were good but again, this is very very very average and not Peruvian. Maybe Peruvian inspired.

Asia is always so pleasant and she makes my platter just how I like it! Give my girl a raise!!

Sardis is my go-to when I don’t want to get my family fast food. Everything was delish! My Brussels sprouts were a little salty but they still got devoured! Everybody in my house is happy and full! Customer service was great too!!!!

I ordered jerk chicken. It comes in dark meat only (thighs). I found the seasoning to be on point. I thought Sardi's jerk chicken was more flavorful, tender, and juicier than Jerk At Nite's.

I’m a regular customer of this Sardi’s location. On 8/15 I ordered bang bang chicken. I arrived and the sign said no Apple Pay which I wish they would’ve told me over the phone. I order items online that come to more than what my total was in order to get my food. My bang bang chicken wasn’t done and my broccoli was mushy… obviously overcooked. I called the location back around 8:50 and I knew they closed at 9. I was placed on hold for over 5 min and hung up. I didn’t think much of it bc I patron this place all the time. I submit a customer service complaint via their website and somebody named Dayana called me to question me like I was the police. I took a pic of my order slip attached he’d to my bag and provided the online order number. Instead of resolving the issue of $13.78. She ends the conversation with she has to “investigate” and talk to the store before she can do anything. Although my lack of business won’t put a dent in their funds. I’m highly disappointed. They couldn’t even refund $13.78. It was so insulting

I'm so disappointed normally my food is great no problems but my whole chicken is extra small and dry. My Soulvaki was dried out. Idk what happend this time. But I didn't see this until I got home and can't go back across town to have it fixed.

The food was fresh and flavorful! I’m usually a District Rico girl but I enjoyed Sardis! I also wanted to give kudos to the super patient and kind Sardis staff. Each employee remained courteous and respectful even when respect wasnt returned to them. Some customers can be down right rude for no reason. It was frustrating to watch so I can imagine how it felt being the target of such disrespect. Kindness doesn’t cost anything…
