I've picked up to food from here previously, however, this morning, a different owner/worker was in. I asked for bacon, egg, and cheese w/o bread (carnivore/ keto), and was told that he would not make that for me. Emphatically, no. I will not be back to spend my money at this establishment.
I have been coming to this subway for years and never had any complaints. Recently I have noticed that the younger employee is always on the phone (using his earpiece) and not paying much attention to the customers because he is on the phone. I have observed their frustrations due to his lack of awareness on their faces. Customer service is extremely important especially when it comes to making someone’s food. Take a phone break and get back to using the great customer service...
I had the Veggie wrap with Turkey, guacamole, green peppers, red peppers, banana peppers, heated cheese, and mayonnaise and it was very good. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant.
