I come here very often and enjoy their food, but tonight I came in with my wife to grab food before work and we sat waiting 27 minutes and had 3 people ahead of us get their food first. I ordered 3 items and the dude after us had 9 items and he got his food first. Emmanuel the manager also continually kept making jokes every time I asked about the wait time. I used to work here so I know we pull each other's legs a lot but this time I was genuinely getting frustrated. Waiting damn near a half hour for 3 items and making my wife late to work

I'm a busy shift worker. I ordered a #7 chicken sandwich. I guess that wasn't a safe option Sunday around 7pm. I was up for three hours after my shift in the bathroom with food poisoning.

Very helpful at drive through when my BK app wasn't working
Just arrived here at 10:30pm to get food from 20 mins away and they were closed early despite posted hours of 11pm. They had a delivery truck blocking off their drive thru and no indication that they were closing early. Thanks for wasting my time and making it to late to get anything else.
Edit: came back the next day and the whole time I was waiting for my food they had their walk in fridge propped open. This was well over 10 minutes and I got the impression that’s just normal from how they acted. Could have some legitimate food safety concerns if that fridge isn’t managing to maintain proper holding temps with the door wide open for extended times. Attaching photos so maybe someone in management will actually care. Service was ok but really slow. Just mostly worried about that fridge sitting open like it was being used to cool the kitchen.

We had a complicated order at the drive-thru and the person that took the order was very nice and helpful.
The Burger King in Thurmont, MD has good food, and the service is great. The employees are friendly. However the lobby is closed way too often, this past Thursday morning they were closed because the air conditioning was down. As a loyal customer, I prefer going inside instead of using the drive thru, I really don't care if the AC is working or not.

I ordered a whopper Junior with cheese no onions, burger came out with onions on, took it back inside, and the guy simply removed the onions gave it back to me, and then half way through I realized there was a piece of lighter colored hair on the bun because he wasn’t wearing a hair net. I ended up needing to use my epi pen (due to onion allergy)

This is the best Burger King that I've ever been to. I love the atmosphere/retro theme. My mom is 64 we were in aweeee at the place like kids. The service is friendly, fast, and efficient.
