Made mobile order of the $6 special on app. Arrived after 15 minutes, and the order was waiting on the pickup counter. The store had Halloween themed decorations. The coffee was warm as usual. The bagel sandwich had all ingredients ordered. The hash browns were still crispy.

I order from this Dunkin a lot. Sometimes I go in person and other times I DoorDash my orders. I order a Hot Chi Latte through DoorDash today and when I got my order the drink was wrong. This has happened a cupule of times now. Whenever I would call the store someone would pick up the phone but now the phone just keeps ringing.

Older cashier told me they were out of avocado so I ordered another menu item. While I was waiting I noticed the cook making avocado toast for the drive thru. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said sorry my register says we are out but didn’t offer to fulfill my original order. Then she proceeds to tell the next customer to put his money away this ones on the house. And to make matters worse, the next customer that walked in ordered avocado toast and she collected their order.

I don't know why but everytime I've gone and the one employee that looks like Post Malone has made our drinks they genuinely just taste like water. We often order drinks with flavored sweeteners and have no issues when the other employees have made them. We've I'm often ordered the same exact drinks a few days out of the week and his just don't taste the way they should. I'm sure he's a great guy but it just makes me not want to risk it and go somewhere else.

Worked with Angelica and she was totally awesome! Fantastic service, extremely helpful patient and friendly. An absolute stellar addition to the atmosphere at this Dunkin location. Do whatever it takes to keep her, but she definitely has a bright future ahead!

Imagine going to a place that is known for selling donuts, but rarely do they have donuts and rather than being able to give them your order, you have to take time to see what they do and don't have, every single time. I fully understand that some locations have their donuts shipped in rather than made in store, but one think after months of people being frustrated about their supply (lack of) that they may make some changes to what they have on hand. The staff is rude/ half asleep most of the time. They get our orders wrong all the time and even after reading back our order and taking payment, they still forget items in our orders. Unfortunately, they're the only donut/coffee shop in the area.

The afternoon crew is lacking BIG time... drive up to order and list what I want after being greeted. She then says sorry I wasn't listening. After driving up to the window and looked at the receipt, they missed some items.After getting the doughnuts, and looking into the bag, the doughnuts were thrown in upside down and frosting was all over the bag, not on the doughnuts....After paying for the item they missed (avocado toast) and waited a while to get it, they said they were out of the spread....After waiting for the refund they said they did have the spread they were just looking in the wrong spot.They gave me the toast afterwards.....
