We need better employees that understand English. Before the storm, ordered coffees without ice! The coffees are not even what was asked for it only had 3things in it! So it’s 1/3 butter pecan where’s the vanilla that was asked for and protein milk?. Not even the coffee that’s advertised! AND this isn’t just this time it’s a CONSTANT mess up with this place. Always check before u get home!

Ordered a large hot chocolate and a donut. The hot chocolate was good but only filled up 2/3 of the cup. Might as well have been a small. The donut was stale. Only giving 2 stars because the girls working were very sweet and quick at the drive through.

Remedial training needed. Bought donuts and one coffee with 2 creams and one sugar and continued our long distance north. Waited a while for coffee to cool and took a sip and almost spit it out. Tasted like a quarter cup of sugar in it. Undrinkable. Continued north 45 minutes and stopped at Dunkin in Dillsburg and asked if they could pour 2/3 out and add black coffee. They said they would be happy to do one better and totally remade it and said they wanted us to be happy with Dunkin coffee!!!

I get multiple coffees a day from this same location.the prices have been raised twice since the remodel and that would be understandable if the service hasn’t gone way down. The wait is ridiculous.with no cars, the lid has fallen off my coffee 4 times now and there have been countless times there is no sugar in the “plain hot coffee with cream and sugar” you need to get it together because I’m done patronizing this place and I know many others will as well

This is a very busy place, staff friendly but confusing when waiting for your items inside. Could not hear them call out the order then just sat it down quickly and left counter. Had to guess if the contents of the bag was ours. Definitely need a little improvement there so people get their order

No customer service at all. Not even a simple “I’ll be with you in a moment,” “Sir,” “Ma’am,” “please,” or “thank you.” They also got my order wrong. It’s sad because I know they’re working hard, but experiences like this are why I’d rather wait a few extra minutes and go to McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A instead. I just wish they would bring back the customer service tag lines — we all know America runs on Dunkin’, but right now it feels like we’re not running at all.

Made mobile order of the $6 special on app. Arrived after 15 minutes, and the order was waiting on the pickup counter. The store had Halloween themed decorations. The coffee was warm as usual. The bagel sandwich had all ingredients ordered. The hash browns were still crispy.

I order from this Dunkin a lot. Sometimes I go in person and other times I DoorDash my orders. I order a Hot Chi Latte through DoorDash today and when I got my order the drink was wrong. This has happened a cupule of times now. Whenever I would call the store someone would pick up the phone but now the phone just keeps ringing.

Older cashier told me they were out of avocado so I ordered another menu item. While I was waiting I noticed the cook making avocado toast for the drive thru. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said sorry my register says we are out but didn’t offer to fulfill my original order. Then she proceeds to tell the next customer to put his money away this ones on the house. And to make matters worse, the next customer that walked in ordered avocado toast and she collected their order.
