Waited for my food for over 30 minutes. Was told my order was lost. Was told they don't give refunds. Never received my food. They basically stole $20.75 from me. Honeslty never had a worst experience at a fast food place.

They gave our food out the window and the person brought it back and inside. They wanted me to take the food that he brought back and not make me fresh. The manager that was working wouldn't make my food fresh, we went around and around other employees was telling her that what she was doing was not right and to make my food. Well she finally said she was making it but then would come back out front and ask why we was still waiting. It all came down to she wanted us to take the old food. Well the guy got his right order and took the other order he had gotten(mine). She was saying we took it but I showed her we didn't have it. We waited about 45mins for my order. We will never go back and I never want to be talked to and be treated like I was from that manager again. If I could give a zero I would.

Old chicken on the 6 pieces meal. I loved KFC and we stop in visiting from Florida, but not to spect old chicken and bad attitude when i ask for plate because we are eating in the restaurant. Poor management skills.

Long story short: Don't order ahead online and expect it to be ready. Don't stop here from US-15 for a "quick" stop. Check your order before you leave.
We picked this KFC out of the many others along US-15 b/c of it's proximity to the highway and we THOUGHT it would be a quick stop, like 5 minutes to grab the prepared food I ordered ahead online and for everyone use the bathroom. I ordered the food online when we were 30 minutes away and it said it would be ready in 30 mins. But, we had to wait for 20 minutes inside KFC for our food to be done. Took 50 mins from when I placed the order to get the food.

If you're in a hurry or just traveling by, I'm advising you to skip this place.

This is the second time in recent visits where the chicken is very greasy and leaves a bad aftertaste. I had to throw away the skin. Tastes like months old nasty grease. Never will I go back for chicken. Used to love it! Not now!!

Every single time, this place is a complete fiasco. Order online at 433 pm, says order is ready at 455 pm. Walk in at 454 pm, wait for a minute thinking it will be done on time. Nope. Cashier says it will be another 16 mins. So a total of a 45 minute wait. Awesome. Do not go to this place, period. It's bad, real bad. It's 5:21 pm and still haven't received my food. Lady beside me told me to never order through the mobile app. Lesson learned.

Starved and needed something quick. Order the 8 piece nuggets. They were the worst things I've eaten in a long time. Dry, rubbery, and had a slight funky smell. The lady in the window served it with a smile, upside down. Zero stars!!

Outside of the novelty of this being a combination KFC Taco Bell, there's really nothing good to say.I don't think I've ever had a visit where they don't forget or mess up an item. The window now has a sign saying they don't do refunds, however they are also rude when you simply want them to give you the items you were missing from your order.On our most recent visit, they provided a regular mashed potatoes & gravy instead of a lg mashed potatoes without gravy & were rude about giving the correct item. Upon getting home & dividing up our meals, we realized we were also missing a mac & cheese side.The food we did receive was also not great. Nuggets were bland, had no seasoning, which may not be something they control at store level. Chizza did not have the pepperoni as pictured in all advertising & the item description. The new cantina chicken quesadilla barely had any chicken in it and the cheese was not even melted.We've complained to them many times in the past and there's really no point any more. I did once request contact with someone above store level, like a district manager or something, but never heard anything back.

This is probably the worst KFC/ TACO BELLi have ever been to. The manager is rude and inconsiderate. The workers are mostly teens that are under trained. sanitation is also an issue here. The kitchen area is extremely dirty aswell as the dining area. i wasn't brave enough to use the rest room.hopefully whoever owns this franchise will do a complete reboot and fix these issues.I am sure Colonel sanders is rolling in his grave.
