We have had several not great food experiences here. Unfortunately it is the CLOSEST KFC to us! Last night’s meal was by FAR the worst. Biscuits were dry, got the 20$ with two mashed potatoes and biscuits meal. Had to take back the first chicken breast as it was so dry it was inedible. Tried to eat more chicken today as leftovers, and they were also all dried out and had to go in the garbage! So disappointing. We even had to request that they come and clean a table because they were dirty! And she did and was very sweet about it. But there was nasty all around the drink dispenser as well that hadn’t been cleaned. Overall, just a negative experience again.

I ordered Crunchwrap, burritos and nachos and chalupa supreme, we came home checked the bag and as always we didn’t get all of our food in the bag, my husband went back to store to get the missing food, their employees arguing with us that you got all the food in the bag! Are u kidding me? Like we lied just for 2 burritos??!!! Instead of apologizing. And this was not their first time! I have never got the whole food in my bag!!!! Horrible customer service and their nachos smells like the tortilla chips were from 100 years ago!!!!!

Stopped on the way to NY from florida at about 11pm...So an hour before close. The associate was patient, but the food was cold, also ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito, got an oversized tortilla with just semi warm beans and beef and no plasticware for my cantina chicken bowl. So, the thought of eating halfway decent food was nice...but instead Im frustrated, tired and hangry. With food I can't physically eat in my car.

The order accuracy here is atrocious. Double check your order before you leave because they probably forgot something or heard you wrong. They get 1 extra star because the food is at least good.

This place is an absolute crap hole. Do not waste your time coming here. The place is so dirty. Bathrooms don't even have toilet paper. The bathroom itself is so dirty. The dining room tables are dirty. There is trash on tables. It's just really bad.

Waited for my food for over 30 minutes. Was told my order was lost. Was told they don't give refunds. Never received my food. They basically stole $20.75 from me. Honeslty never had a worst experience at a fast food place.
