Fresh food. Not sitting under a heat lamp. Focus on self-service with the quiosks, but you can't get your own drinks or napkins or catsup. You have to wait in line for someone to decide to talk to you.

Only went through drive up window. Ordered English muffin with ham egg and cheese was very very dry for some reason. Potato pancake was in grease too long and seem like it was reheated, had to throw away. I'm very disappointed in McDonald's lately.
