This place is a freaking joke! Every time I try to go and get breakfast, they are never open even though it’s past 10 and they are supposed to open at 10 AM.. All the lights are off and the doors are still locked, every single time. Last time at five minutes after 10, there was an employee trying to get into work, beaten and banging on the door and the workers inside still wouldn’t even come open the door for their coworker! What happened to promptness? what happened to quality service?

Pre-ordered on mobile app. Arrived at the time of promise, but did not find the sub on the pickup shelves. Saw more than three patrons in the shop, so decided to wait for a few more minutes. The sub came out in another three minutes of waiting. Footlong #2 The Outlaw in Hearty Multigrain bread customized with Monterey Cheddar, Green Peppers, Red Onions, Lettuce, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives topped with Baja Chipotle, Cheddar Cheese, Black Pepper, Parmesan Cheese was done well as ordered.

I walked from ColorFest to get subs for my partner and me, arriving just before the posted (online and on the door) opening time of 10 a.m. I gave up at about 10:30 a.m. The person inside ignored my occasional (polite) knocks. And of course, no one answered the phone. So, never again. And I see from other reviews that others have encountered the same shoddy experience.

Wanted some lunch so I stopped in at 11am for a sub. Tye door says they open at 10am. The door was open I walked in and there where no lights on and the girls behind the counter said they weren't open yet. I said but the sign on the door says 10am and she says yes we are not open yet. I was very disappointed. She didn't even say what time they would be open
So disappointed with the opening time it says 10am I got there around 953am and waited for them to open which didn't happen and was told that the lady who opens the store wouldn't be opening for another 30 minutes so open time would be 1030am and I was so ready for my sub which I had to run to Walmart subway in waynesboro pa. I think they need more help to open store on time because website says 10am not 1030am or 11am.
I ordered delivery, and it got to me fairly quickly but they Initially forgot the drink. I tried calling to get a refund or something and they're phones are just not working? I called 10+ times from multiple phones and nothing. Already annoyed I at least wanted to eat my sub and I open it to the most pitiful Italian herbs and cheese bread I've ever seen. On top of that it's somehow extra toasted? Either way I'm incredibly upset and I'm not sure whether they got a new phone number and haven't updated it or are having issues but I'm incredibly upset I can't even get a proper refund for my messed up meal because their phones don't work

I am currently writing this review as my online order from 20 minutes ago just started being made.I could have went to the store, bought my own ingredients and made it myself at home. Honestly, not a bad idea for next time.

Veggies seem to always looked old almost ready to be thrown out. Kids in and out after school sitting on tables walking ebhind rhe counter making their friends food for free. Seems like customers get less and pay more while other get free. Store is usually in need of cleaning (tables need wiped off, floor and counter by fountain machine sticky).

I have not had the best service coming to this establishment over the last few years, between employees with major attitude problems, and this location never seeming to have any staples in stock, it's been last on my list of go-tos around town. But we were in a pinch this evening for a quick dinner, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm very thankful that I did, as a newer worker, Janine, far surpassed my expectations and blew the previous not-so-great customer service out of the water. She was incredibly friendly, the line was cleaner than I've seen it in years, and it was fully stocked. I'm very impressed with her customer service skills and how the store was being managed. 10/10 Janine! :)

If I had a choice of ZERO stars that’s what it would be. Subway in THURMONT Maryland is one of the worst subways I’ve ever been. How is it that on the website it says they close at 10, but as I was parking I literally saw a girl walk to the door and locked it. Another customer was trying to get in as well. I called their number and when they answered I asked them if they were open and they said it was closed due to short staff, which is weird because there was three people in there. So how many employees do you need to make a sub in a store where is not busy at all? Hmmm… I know not to expect much from subway but this is pretty sad that you can’t stick to the schedule which is advertised on their website. So very disappointed. Not to mention, the last time I was there the vegetables looked like they looked old and welted. Why am I surprised though?10/27/20239:00PM
