I’ve been sitting in their lobby for over 40 minutes waiting for a mobile order. The woman with the brown ponytail is the slowest person I’ve ever seen. This is ridiculous. One of my last visits my meatball sub also had mold in it. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered on the app an hour before close. They voided and canceled the order-assuming they didnt want to reclean or something. Now I gotta wait almost a week just to get a refund!? If you are open till 9pm you serve till 9.

Hit and miss if they are even open. Why post hours on the door if you don't have staff to work.
Feels like the owner intentionally marks things as out of stock through the app to avoid people using deals. Avoid them

The worst subway I’ve ever had. Bread was as hard as a rock. Soda machine was all flat, every single one. One working you could hardly hear talk and she looked at you like you had 4 heads. The other one seemed like she has been drinking all day. We never even got the sodas we paid for and threw most of our subs away. Disgusting.
Unsanitary conditions throughout. Eat there at your own risk.

Stood outside the door and knocked on a Friday at 10:22 AM, the sign posted said opens every day at 10 AM. The woman came to the door and shook her head and would not open on time.

It's 1pm on a Sunday and there's over 10 people waiting for a sub. There's ONE person working. That one person is slower than the year 2000 dial up internet. I'm not trying to be disrespectful, but get some help. Myself, another gentleman, another gentleman, a party of 4, and a party of 2 just walked out because we watched the origianl party of 4 get one sub made in 10 minutes. In the time it took to make one sub and start another, you lost over $100 in sales & 10 hungry people in under 5 minutes. Get some help man, that's just awful and this is not the first time I've dealt with the issue at this subway. Get some help.

Ordered catering for Christmas Eve 3pm. The 2 employees in the restaurant didn’t know how to do the catering ordering, so I had to help them.
I got a text msg the day I ordered confirming 3pm for Christmas Eve. I go to get it and it wasn’t ready. They said pick up was 4pm and I said no 3pm and showed msg confirming 3pm.
They didn’t have bread ready, in the middle of slicing fresh turkey. Couldn’t remember what toppings I wanted. Wven tho it was in text message and if they looked at catering order online it tells you what bread & toppings it comes with. When you order, I just needed to add 2 toppings and have everything on the side.
They also didn’t have catering boxes, so they wrapped everything in the normal sandwich wraps and then bagged it in the brown bags. Then put everything in a shipping box. The soda machine had no Dr Pepper syrup , so I went to try other ones and they had nothing in all the others either other than orange soda.
$65 I expect it to be a lot better than what it was. I only went to this thurmont store bc I live here and didn’t want to drive to pa. But next year I’ll definitely take the drive to pa for my catering order.

This place is a freaking joke! Every time I try to go and get breakfast, they are never open even though it’s past 10 and they are supposed to open at 10 AM.. All the lights are off and the doors are still locked, every single time. Last time at five minutes after 10, there was an employee trying to get into work, beaten and banging on the door and the workers inside still wouldn’t even come open the door for their coworker! What happened to promptness? what happened to quality service?

Pre-ordered on mobile app. Arrived at the time of promise, but did not find the sub on the pickup shelves. Saw more than three patrons in the shop, so decided to wait for a few more minutes. The sub came out in another three minutes of waiting. Footlong #2 The Outlaw in Hearty Multigrain bread customized with Monterey Cheddar, Green Peppers, Red Onions, Lettuce, Spinach, Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives topped with Baja Chipotle, Cheddar Cheese, Black Pepper, Parmesan Cheese was done well as ordered.

I walked from ColorFest to get subs for my partner and me, arriving just before the posted (online and on the door) opening time of 10 a.m. I gave up at about 10:30 a.m. The person inside ignored my occasional (polite) knocks. And of course, no one answered the phone. So, never again. And I see from other reviews that others have encountered the same shoddy experience.
