I am currently writing this review as my online order from 20 minutes ago just started being made.I could have went to the store, bought my own ingredients and made it myself at home. Honestly, not a bad idea for next time.

Veggies seem to always looked old almost ready to be thrown out. Kids in and out after school sitting on tables walking ebhind rhe counter making their friends food for free. Seems like customers get less and pay more while other get free. Store is usually in need of cleaning (tables need wiped off, floor and counter by fountain machine sticky).

Horrible service and they never have even the basic menu items at the store. Try a different Subway if you are wise.

I have not had the best service coming to this establishment over the last few years, between employees with major attitude problems, and this location never seeming to have any staples in stock, it's been last on my list of go-tos around town. But we were in a pinch this evening for a quick dinner, so I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm very thankful that I did, as a newer worker, Janine, far surpassed my expectations and blew the previous not-so-great customer service out of the water. She was incredibly friendly, the line was cleaner than I've seen it in years, and it was fully stocked. I'm very impressed with her customer service skills and how the store was being managed. 10/10 Janine! :)

If I had a choice of ZERO stars that’s what it would be. Subway in THURMONT Maryland is one of the worst subways I’ve ever been. How is it that on the website it says they close at 10, but as I was parking I literally saw a girl walk to the door and locked it. Another customer was trying to get in as well. I called their number and when they answered I asked them if they were open and they said it was closed due to short staff, which is weird because there was three people in there. So how many employees do you need to make a sub in a store where is not busy at all? Hmmm… I know not to expect much from subway but this is pretty sad that you can’t stick to the schedule which is advertised on their website. So very disappointed. Not to mention, the last time I was there the vegetables looked like they looked old and welted. Why am I surprised though?10/27/20239:00PM

I know not to expect much from Subway, but they were completely out of Italian herb & cheese, roast beef, bacon, teriyaki chicken, and cookies.

Don't work for this owner!! If you're considering, this owner bullies and harasses his employees. He'll hold on to checks until business improves like he wants. All in a store run mostly by children. Owner is a monkey and a scam. Don't work here.

I went in here to grab a quick dinner and when the employee saw me, he got up to serve me, BUT never washed his hands. This is very unsanitary and can cause food contamination because he was on his phone prior to this which carries a gazillion of bacteria. I left feeling disgusted.

Idk… I don’t normally eat subway because I don’t like lunch meat and sitting vegetables also not knowing how long things have been opened. I was hungry today and was reminded why cooking my own food is worth the time. I asked for extra tomatoes and onions… I got a salad on top of a sandwich. Lettuce was falling out in the bag. The Great Garlic is anything but great. Garlic aioli tasted more like Mayo and garlic with something sweet but not the sweetness of roasted garlic. The bread was soggy at the bottom and the chunks of chicken were close to a size of half a chicken breast. I don’t recommend eating here unless you have no other option and you don’t want to cook. The staff were nice though. They just seemed over worked and it was pretty noticeable that the team before them didn’t prep because they were talking amongst each other how no one prepped the cheese and how the fridge is a mess and nothing is organized which in all honestly is concerning. If the fridge isn’t organized then who knows what should be used up first. Just make yourself food and skip the subway. Pic is after I tried to fix the sandwich to where I could bite it.

Poor attitude. When I asked for my steak and cheese the guy told me he won't put any other toppings on the sub. This is not right. Do your job and don't be a !@#$
