Been ordering here for years. This time and the last has been a bit downhill. Two items were totally different, overall not a great takeout. Really hope they can improve again!

Do NOT order the grilled chicken teriyaki. Absolutely terrible. It’s not even grilled. This was the most plain basic chicken I’ve ever seen. The tiniest bit of teriyaki sauce was used. So seasonings were on the chicken. Not even salt. They boiled the chicken and tried to pass it off as grilled. There was grill marks on one piece of chicken. Disgusting. I took it right back in and got my money back. Trash. I wish I took a picture of this but I was too shocked at how disgusting it looked and tasted. I’ve had grilled chicken teriyaki a million times and this place isn’t it. Go anywhere else to get it

Order from here once a week and the food is always amazing. They do well with my custom order as well. I have not had a bad dish from Lou Ding.

They keep leaving their menus in our bush. Not our door; our bush. It just looks like someone put trash on it. This time they did it at 9:30PM, setting off my Ring camera, making me wonder why there’s some weirdo at my house at night.

My main problem here is the fact they leave it in our bush so it just looks like trash, and they’re doing it late at night. If you want to leave your menu in our door during the day, fine, I get it that you have to advertise and I’m happy to support a local business. But throwing it in our yard is just super disrespectful.

You want to attract customers in your community? Don’t go around littering at their houses. If you disrespect your community by doing this, I have zero respect for your business because this is a direct reflection of it.

If they take shortcuts with advertising, maybe they’re taking shortcuts with the food as well.

It literally took so long to figure out how to to order something and then I can order. I'm tired of places that really don't want to be in business.

Possibly the most annoying business in the area. They leave their menus on peoples' cars, front railings, yards, door mats, etc. And they've been doing it for a very long time, at least 30 years. Just for this reason alone I would never order anything from this place.

NEVER AGAIN! Now I understand after all these years why their menus are left at every location possible. I finally gave in and gave them a try tonight for take out. Firstly, they are overpriced for very poor quality food! Please keep in mind that we very rarely waste food .

My bf was craving chicken teriyaki and unfortunately he ended up throwing away a little over half of his platter. The "grilled" chicken teriyaki was boiled & bland chicken cut up over a bed of raw shredded cabbage and a small ramekin (halfway filled) of so called teriyaki sauce (it tasted nothing like teriyaki).

I had the shrimp with broccoli which was okay. It was extra heavy on the broccoli & sauce, but light on the shrimp. The side of brown rice was so disappointing, it was mushy, overcooked and tasteless . I could only eat half of it and tossed the rest.

The fried crab wontons were soggy and didn't even come with any sweet & sour sauce to dip them. Lastly, was the fried chicken wings; 2 words "extra salty!"

We are proud of ourselves for trying somewhere different, but after spending over $50 for our order, we were definitely left feeling disappointed and unsatisfied with our dinner.

We use to order from here alot but lately the food isn't very good. The chicken n beef is grisly. It was a disappointment n the soup noodles were stale. But the delivery was fast

Someone from this restaraunt tried advertising in my neighborhood by throwing their menus on the ground or in the bushes at everyone’s houses. Definitely will not be eating here if their idea of advertising is littering in peoples’ neighborhoods.

I got wonton soup, shrimp spring rolls, and the house chow fun. The wonton soup was perfect. Perfect amount of flavor, only slight issue was that it was lukewarm. But once I stuck it in the microwave it was amazing. The spring rolls were very good. And the chow fun was pretty good, they do put a lot of onions and beef and not as much chicken and shrimp. But the flavor was pretty good. And the portion sizes are huge. I paid $12 for this dish and only ate about 1/4 of it. The only minor complaint I have is that they didn’t give me any duck sauce. I usually eat my spring rolls and wonton chips with duck sauce, and when I opened the bag to not find any I wasn’t too happy. I’ve never been here before, so maybe you have to ask them when you pick it up? But still, they should be asking you if you would like any condiments. But other than that, I had a great experience.

The food is quite good and consistent with nice size portions. Since the pandemic, the restaurant is carry out only. The person at the cash register is always pleasant and welcoming. We pass a number of other Asian food restaurants to go there.
