BF and I always love coming here! Food is great for the cost. Super delicious and filling. And the staff is always amazing and friendly. We used to go to the one on Cranbrook, but swapped over here since they were more convienent with where they were located for us. So much better than the other location and definitely fills your plate up!

This hidden gem of a restaurant has absolutely scrumptious and succulent rotisserie chicken, served with an assortment of sides. The prices are excellent for the quality of food. The chicken was “falling off the bone” juicy and their sides of rice and beans were tasty. Check this place out if you are up this way.

I recently dined at El Gran Pollo and was really impressed. The food was excellent, especially the sweet potatoes that Jamie recommended – they were absolutely delicious. Jamie provided great service, attentive and friendly, which made our visit even better. If you're looking for good food and solid service, El Gran Pollo is definitely worth a visit. Very good grilled chicken. Sides are tasty (large size is more than sufficient for most appetites). Prices are reasonable. Take out is convenient, and they have dine in as well. Plentiful parking in the shopping plaza.

New staff is rude, dismissive and aggressive! I ordered half chicken no sides. At check out, the lady says its $12 and change and I was oh is that the price for the chicken with two sides or without the sides, she checks the system and says it doesn't make a difference, the price is $12 and change, am like ok in that case, I'll get sides then. I order the sides and she rings me and says its $17.95 am like how?!! I literally asked twice if the price changes. I complain about and she's like that's not what I said and practically shoves the food at me.

The lady at the register was so rude. When ordering I asked the lady to give us all our order together because I wanted my husband to try at the same time. They totally forgot my plate, I had to ask for it twice. And after that, they started cleaning and sweeping around our table. Not nice at all, I had to leave asap.I miss the other location.
