Nov. 8th I attended brick bodies for a workout and decided to try pure raw smh a BIG mistake ever!I'm not sure if they're just hiring people (particular college students) who don't care about their jobs, but the guy who made my oatmeal bowl was not friendly, throwing everything around, frowning, and basically you can tell he doesn't want to be there. My oatmeal bowl was HORRIBLE. He chopped my fruits super big, added extra cinnamon (basically extra everything I didn't ask for)  and the whole bowl was sloppy! Literally, it was soup oatmeal. I never went back because I'm spending $15 and give a tip to receive bad customer service and unpleasing food. Please retrain these workers or hire people who are passionate about their job. It's a no for me trying again!

I had the membership for the three locations but it was very disappointing to see that the only location being conscious about covid was the Rotunda. No one in the other gyms were wearing a mask at any time. This was not notified to me when I did the membership. I tried to go to the Yoga classes in those locations but always was packed with people in it and NO mask, so I was not able to participate to any of those classes or aerobic classes as neither. When I requested the cancelation of my membership they charged me with the annual membership fee, and I only used the gym 5 times. Very, vey disappointing.
