Red head guy with the beard acts like he has a problem. Ordered my bowl yesterday and he took his time coming to the check out counter, ask me my name then just hands me my purchase and walks off like he did me a huge favor…..no thank you no nothing, just a bunch of huffing and puffing like I inconvenienced them with my purchase.

I really enjoy Pure Raw Juice as a franchise. It really sucks when some associates make it an unpleasant experience. I come in, said hello, no response received. I said it again when I got to the counter and “Charlotte” just looked at me and said nothing. I asked, do you NOT speak when people say hello. She replies, I’m just quiet, ummm no you didn’t say anything at all. Quiet or not, if someone has to speak to you twice to get your attention then obviously they didn’t hear your reply, but I’m not dumb nor deaf. It was never said.

It would be greatly appreciated if they could accommodate the needs of diabetic customers by customizing or reducing the amount of fruit in their drinks. Could not even try a drink because of strict measurements.

Rude, disrespectful and unsanitary! Always barely filling the bowl! Cutting one banana into 3 then extremely thin slices. A banana is one of the least expensive fruits. The worse out of all of the pure raw locations! This location makes pure raw look bad. I always have to email documentation that I made a purchase. My points are never added to my account. They messed up my order yesterday, no apologies just attitude. No thank you for being a valued customer. Silently puts bowl on table. Rude!! The guy wiping his forehead with the opposite side of his gloves. She’s collecting money with gloves on and handling food. Yet she wants me to throw the other bowl away. I said I wouldn’t patronize this location and haven’t been since May! Today I have regrets and this time I’ll keep driving elsewhere!!!

Understaffed, unprofessional, completely forgot my order and told me someone else picked it up (which wasn’t true because I watched the orders before and after mine). Worker was watching TV and eating Cheetos in the back when I walked up to ask why it had been over 15 minutes of waiting. Management for this company must have changed, it’s a shame.

I enjoyed the green juice. The experience was ruined by the cashier calling me by my legal first name. Why? I dislike that name and do not want to be called by that name. Why is it that it happens here? You don't have to call me by any name. It was literally a 30 second triggering interaction that didn't need to be. If it's not too much on you, could you ask the employees to not make assumptions on what name the customers use?

The smoothie was fine, but it wasn’t blended great (I kept chewing on spinach and pineapple), so a bit disappointing for the $10 price tag.

Finally! A real smoothie place that doesn't rely on water and tons of ice! I get smoothie within 5 minutes, smooth and thick. The place is immaculate, and the young folk are kind and attentive. I'm never going back to Sunset Raw in Owings Mills.

The açaí bowl is always delicious, even though I prefer a thicker açaí. However please train the young person on the register. He does not greet you with a smile, but more importantly he can’t even say “May I help you?”. I’m greeted with a stare and this has happened on the last few visits. The other workers are friendly.
