Stopped in here to grab something healthy before my doctor's appt at Johns Hopkins. I was pleasantly surprised! They have an assortment of freshly prepared juices and drinks ready to be purchased. I opted for a bowl - the protein blast bowl with gluten free granola and it was super yummy! The small bowl was plenty and super filling! I will surely stop by here again the next time I'm in the area!! YUM!!

10 years ago I visited Puerto Rico and discovered açaí bowls. They costs $5-8 a bowl and it was delicious. Flash forward to current times and past several visits back to Puerto Rico, açaí bowls are in the contiguous states and this delicious snack/dessert/ meal? Costs about three times what I paid for it ten years ago. The same is true in Puerto Rico. I found the açaí bowl to be good and fresh. I prefer fresher coconut to the sprinkle of coconut dust that topped my bowl. It was prepared quickly and the staff is friendly.
