We attended the finger painting event today and (un)fortunately we were the only ones. They didn’t cancel the event and I for sure they would have for just 1 person. Joanna was so sweet and kind to my little one during this. Thank you so much, you did great

When you come in there is usually no one to greet you. Front of store empty. The restrooms for customers only which is fine. When I come in so infrequently, I never noticed that they had a restroom until I needed it. Even though I don’t look my age of 72, I was told it is for customers and I must buy something first before using restroom. Some accommodation should be made for seniors and disabled who can not comply. Of course I walked out with no desire to use this establishment for restroom or products. Used to enjoy this store and my AARP discount. Thankfully there are a few other locations.

Usually clean, good staff. My only complaint is the small cup is huge. My daughter likes to come here and they have no kid sized cups and adults aren’t “allowed” to use the smaller cups they hide for “DoorDash” only. I think the “small” is huge and that it’s intentional so they make you buy/eat more. Exactly why so many are obese

During our recent visit, we found the store to be unclean from the floor and tables inside and out to the toppings bar. The toppings just didn't look very appealing, and our son said his were stale. Hoping next time is a better experience.

Something has gone wrong at this location, which was our “go to” for many years. Last three visits: (1) a couple of weeks ago, two employees were working, but both were in the back room, and I had to go knock on the door twice to get someone to check me out; (2) a few days later, floor had been washed down with something frighteningly sticky (as in everyone’s shoes were sticking to the floor wherever they walked); and (3) today, two of the yogurt machines weren’t working at all (although there was no “out of order” sign on either one), several of the spoons for toppings were visibly filthy, and the cashier kept calling male customers (including me) “ma’am.” Yikes.
