Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love me some Tropical Cafe, it’s better than Smoothie King. They are currently supposed to be open right now and there is no one there, it’s 7:11!!! SMH!! I

It happened again store opens at 8 am and is now 8:07. I thought you were striving to improve!

don’t come to this location if your looking to get an early morning breakfast, the workers arrive late all the time.

I have to echo others. I love the products but the staff was in the phone the whole time with a friend loudly laughing while I was trying to enjoy my meal. I won’t go back to this location.

I love this place, the employees are always kind and helpful and they never mess up my order. I come here all the time on my lunch break and I don’t plan to stop any time soon.

I had a similar experience to what others have mentioned. One morning, I tried to order a smoothie—the place was open, but no one was inside. I waited about 10 minutes and eventually left. On my second visit, the cashier (a young male) was on the phone the entire time and acted like making our smoothies was a favor, not his job. On the bright side, the smoothies themselves were quite good.

Fernando H was the name of the employee during our visit, he was on the phone with someone the whole time, had one order on his screen and it took him a while to come help the line of customers in the store. no sense of urgency in his movements took 20 minutes to receive 1 wrap and 2 smoothies. As a manager of a quick service restaurant, he gave off that he did not want to be there, and had no intentions of moving any faster.

I ordered my food on the app stated to pick up at 7:10 on my way to work to only find out they still not open no one showed up until almost 7:30 when they open at 7 the cashier is rude by then I did not want my food wanted a refund I been calling to get my card refunded cashier keep telling me manager is coming in to fix it and never did

they have to get their stuff ready in the morning. everytime i try to order something in the morning ahead of time. They told me to wait for extra10 minutes to let the oven reheat.

Cashier was on a phone call on speaker phone the entire time, even when he was taking my order and ringing me up. I couldnt really hear/understand the cashier over the voice talking through his speaker phone while i was trying to ask a question and order. It came off as very unprofessional. I actjally think he forgot to charge me. I tried paying. Smoothies are good. Food choices are dissapointig for me personally but its okay. i miss their grilled cheese.

I just walked in to get food and the smell of moldy rotten food, like the bottom of a neglected trash bin, hit me in the face. Turned right around.

Huge thank you to this team! The two gentleman running the cafe were on it, today! They were fast, friendly, efficient and my smoothie and jerk chicken wrap were delicious! Can't imagine the chaos on a *FREE SMOOTHIE* day so thank you, thank you!

Not sure why it seems that each location makes their smoothies different.I prefer almond milk in mine not ice. My smoothie was hella watered down and I'm either gonna have to give instructions on how I want mine made or find a different establishment all together.

Conveniently located, clean, and friendly service! My wife and I decided to stop for a smoothie after leaving an event at the Timonium Fairgrounds and were pleasantly surprised by how good the Blimey Limey and Sunrise Sunset smoothies were! We took a few minutes to sit in the store to chat and drink our drinks and we're greeted by several members of staff to make sure we were taken care of. Definitely recommend!
