The food and smoothies here are great however, the young guy with the braces does not have good customer service skills at all !! He talks blatantly on the phone while servicing customers and he could careless about how to looks. I've been in here multiple times and every time I come in he's on his phone. It's rude and distasteful.. outside of that the place is great.

I love me some Tropical Cafe, it’s better than Smoothie King. They are currently supposed to be open right now and there is no one there, it’s 7:11!!! SMH!! I

It happened again store opens at 8 am and is now 8:07. I thought you were striving to improve!

don’t come to this location if your looking to get an early morning breakfast, the workers arrive late all the time.

Huge thank you to this team! The two gentleman running the cafe were on it, today! They were fast, friendly, efficient and my smoothie and jerk chicken wrap were delicious! Can't imagine the chaos on a *FREE SMOOTHIE* day so thank you, thank you!
