If I could give 0 stars I would but I’m not given the option. I stopped spending my money here years ago when a 10 piece made me physically sick. But today I picked an order up for a friend and the sauce was all outside the bag. When I notified the cashiers about it and asked them to fix it they told me it wasn’t their fault and they would not fix my issue. I had the bag upright in my hand for all of 2 mins. The food is trash, the service is lame, & the cashiers forget that the most important commodity is the customer.

OMG. Worst experience only because of the environmental concerns. Went in and it smelled like they had not changed their grease in a long time. That smell translated into the food as my order tasted poorly and reeked of that smell that I endured when I first came in. Zero stars if I could.

I was being generous with two stars because they were the only place that delivered at 3am on a Thursday morning to hungry overnight employees Yeyyyy but honey what a regret. It took two hours to get our food because apparently they had to remake the entire order they said was stolen. I think they just missed it. The food was too salty. The Cajun rice was mediocre. I called the manager next day and tried to get the same order as a discount giving them the benefit of a doubt that maybe it was a bad day. But No

Call them Americas Worst Wings because that’s what I’ve been experiencing from this particular restaurant. They had the nerve to call themselves cleaning out the grease shafts or whatever one day and it smelled like mortuary up in there. That was my last time ever going back there. Then they have some ignorant 🥷s working up in there. Paid for all flats and those mfers gave me 6 drums and 4 flats. 😡 That was before it was smelling like dead bodies. Never again ! They sorry
