On December 27th my husband and I decided to grab some appetizer for dinner and let me say that the service was extremely poor my husband ordered garlic Parmesan wings , the chicken wontons and a drink from the bar . Now the chicken wings were not cooked all the way when the manger came over there was no apologies nothing let me comp your meal would you like anything else...etc etc he also had to ask the server for his drink which he waited for way too long. The service here is terrible no great customer service at this place it seems as though apple bee's needs bodies over service. The manger is horrible he sat at the bar watching whatever was on the television opposed to making sure the customer's were satisfied. I would not recommend anyone patronizing this location

Food was exceptional, unfortunately we did not have a great experience with our waitress Natisha. She took our drink/meal order in when we first sat down and we looked at the drinks menu after she left. Unfortunately, we were never able to put in drink orders since we did not see her again until halfway through our meal when she said “you ok?” while our mouths were full, then left again. We didn’t see her to again for drink refills until we already paid via the electronic tablet.

Awful experience, seated and never served, left after 15 minutes. I could have been eating already. Awful staff and empty on a Saturday at 4
The service and food was top tier. The hostess was very polite and immediately seated us. Our waitress, Kyjay (sp?) was amazing. She greeted us with a smile and checked on our table multiple times. Our food was delicious, and we even purchased a gift card for my sister for Christmas.

I went there for a birthday dinner and felt super uncomfortable with servers pointing, laughing, and staring at me and my friends. The food is good but 3 of their workers aren’t. They also just stayed on their phones most of the time which I don’t really care about but the expierence was uncomfortable..

I can't thank them enough for the great experience. Especially M nylon i had great service, didn't spend a lot of money at all.Had two appetizers, a ton of drinks didn't even cost me over sixty bucks the guy was attentive the whole time, as well as the manager being there when I gave this compliment, please give this guy an upgrade, he deserves it. He's a great dude, great place.I will be back
