Came here for a snack and forgot my brochures from the camp event. These lovely people held my bag for me. So I came back and it was unharmed. Thank Anne's staff. I got Slushee... strawberry and blue raspberry mix and a plain pretzel. This place is always consistent.

food poisoning warning do not eat there my wife bought a pretzel dog there that gave her a terrible case of food poisoning! the blame has to be on the staff for not having a suitable cleaned area and unclean food prep practices! i really want to give them -5 stars for what had accured! so please do not eat there! I need a refund, the pretzel was horrible but on top of that a women named Michelle c via receipt had the worst and by far the most disgusting customer service I’ve seen. She was on her phone during the whole transaction, and when I told her that wasn’t very professional she said she didn’t care. Overall her attitude was alarming to say the least… 1 star isn’t even deserved

This location is nothing like the other locations I've been too. I ordered an original pretzel and it was not fresh at all. It was hard and barely edible. The lady at the stand seemed like she did not want to be bothered. First and last time buying anything else from this location

Tried to order a BOGO on Mother's day using the app. The young lady up front tried to scan the app and said it was not working. Then she proceeded to sell me the Almond pretzel but did not give me the 2nd pretzel that was for free. When I insisted on getting my free pretzel, she was dismissive and rude and insisted I already paid for the first one and cannot replace it with the BOGO promo. It became clear that the BOGO applied only to the original pretzel and not the almond which I initially ordered. When I told her she should have explained that to me so I could have gotten the original one, she became more hostile. It was a good thing her colleague approached and assisted me and replaced my order to claim the BOGO. That unsmiling lady should not be in the register. Note that I love this specific store and had been buying from them for years. It was just the first time I met this girl who obviously doesn't care about the customers.

Very poor and in cable service. Was picking up a pick up order and had to argue with them to get my food! They wanted to see my other phone the one I ordered from. I told them the name and so on
I usually eat these without butter but they told me that the cinnamon wouldn't stick so I got the one with butter. Overall there is not much butter in this location so I can say I am satisfied with these pretzels

The Auntie Anne’s official website states that 5 different kind of pretzels can be ordered vegan (without butter). However, the two currently open spots in Towson Town Center are both not able to serve according to that (not able to do ANYTHING butter-less)! VERY unsatisfactory.Also staff is not very friendly.

Worst place you can order from. When the order was wrong they gave me the run around for trying to get a refund. I tried to get my refund through the business. They referred me to the head manager. He referred me to the website. The website referred me to the business. And the business referred me back to the supervisor. Now, they don't answer their phones. They stole 15 dollars of mine. I know its 15 dollars its so small, but its the principle of the matter. And the fact that they won't refund me my money. Do not order from here. EVER! AND YES, I cursed them out for their terrible service and unwillingness to help.

I absolutely love pretzels but recently my experience at the Auntie Anne’s in Towson Town Center has not been a favorable one. When they launched the rewards program I was super excited until I realized this specific location often refused to scan the app to give me points or would wait until the end of the transaction (after I’ve paid and been given a receipt) to scan my phone and I wouldn’t receive points. During my visit earlier this week I wouldn’t leave until they could show points were collected. the young lady working seemed very annoyed with me and refused to help.
