Poor service, unseasoned food, unclean, wait time over 40+ minutes. Wait staff do not give a crap about you. Had to wait ten minutes just to get the check…

It was a poor choice. Not all Banditos are the same and this one was definitely a bad experience. The service was lacking. The food was not tasty and the atmosphere was too stuffy.

There was a mouse who frequented a couple of tables

Reported it to the mgr who seemed pretty nonchalant however she asked if we wanted indoor seating

Waitress was extremely busy; while 4 other waitresses were not busy at all) we had to get silverware from another waitress. Food was dry, never got sauce requested. Our waitress was somewhat unattentive due to lack of teamwork and we had to ask twice for carry out containers and the check

Okay honestly. I don’t know what’s going on with this place. Our bartender Augustina was great but the management here always throws me off. There’s only attentiveness to specific guests and during our entire time here, they only played Coldplay’s music. I get there was a viral social media scandal from their concert a few days ago but I have no idea what that has to do with the correlation towards the guest experience. Like, it’s 2pm on a Friday. A manager offered us shots but it doesn’t change the overall energy of the atmosphere.

Zero stars. Sat on the patio and there was a whole mouse infestation they were everywhere just crawling around one even crawled over my foot. We asked to be moved inside and got little to no help moving all our food and such inside, received no apology or compensation. I have a serious phobia of mice and this is unacceptable for an establishment.

yes i ordered a meal with friends but did not like the service there from the wait staff towards me my friends and i we split the tab between us, and the waitress charged me a lot more than my friends though one had the same amount and price of items i did ,and when i asked for another item to order, the waitress acted like she was very annoyed with me. Needless to say I want be going back there anymore, over charged and bad customer service.

The drinks, are great! I ordered the fish tacos. The guacamole and black beans were great! Everything else was gross 🤢
The chips were so salty, I couldn't even eat them. The fish taco was also salty. I was only able to enjoy my drink. I wouldn't recommend this place for authentic Mexican food unless you want high blood pressure.

Around 3:30PM Me and a friend stood for 5-7 mins waiting to be greeted, the place was damn near empty, bartenders seen us and could’ve motioned to someone behind the wall. I went to 7West instead and have an awesome time.

I entered and it took so long to get someone’s attention. So I ordered a basic shot as a drink when I finally got acknowledged but had to wait until the bartender took another order after me. Three to be exact until I finally got the shot I ordered 5 minutes prior. I would probably not come to this location again. Only groups get attention apparently. I ordered a steak taco salad. Looks like slop put together
