If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Bathrooms disgusting and smell awful, hostility from manager, food cold and order incorrect. I would recommend 7 West around the corner or literally any other bar and restaurant in Towson.

After I wasn’t satisfied with the way my order came out, (that I hadn’t touched) the manager told me to my face that it isn’t company policy to HELP accommodate me after I told him I was VERY upset that my order was wrong. He told me to give my food to someone else and read the menu, which is NEVER the response you say to a PAYING GUEST. While speaking with him I felt nothing but passive aggressiveness and a very nasty/rude attitude. Even the servers warned us that he has a disgusting mindset and doesn’t care about his guest, yet I still had hope that he would be helpful and that I would leave the establishment happy and satisfied. Instead I left hungry, disappointed, angry, and feeling like the way I was spoken to was racially motivated. After taking a look a look at other reviews (which is easy to find from in these reviews, and all within the past few months) it’s clear that this isn’t the first time that people have felt racism and felt unwelcomed in this establishment. Many people are also expressing that they have experienced attitude, unprofessionalism, disrespect, and racism from this establishment and managers. This behavior is disrespectful and should NEVER be tolerated. Making sure your costumers are happy with their experience and ensuring that they feel welcomed isn’t your policy, but allowing minors to drink underage is??? Yeah ok..

My food came out incorrect and when I asked to speak to the manager (Joe) he was very rude and showed passive aggressive racist behavior while laughing in my face, making it clear he was using his power to talk to me as if I wasn’t a paying guest. He also refused to help accommodate us to ensure we were happy with service and experience. Servers were nice though, but thats it.

Christian made my monday so enjoyable. We were looking for a place to celebrate canadian thanksgiving, and christian did nothing more than join us in the celebration. I have never been to a bar that is more welcoming and more accepting of every single person that walks through those doors. They truly care about my health and wellbeing. If you want to have a great time, this is the place. Just make sure Christian is working.

It's okay here . It depends on what time you go here weather is early in the day or late at night. At night their service slows down a lot. Daytime is cool.

I went out with friends tonight (10/11/25) , and the bouncer (the one with the mullet) refused to let me in because I was wearing sweatpants. Normally, I wouldn’t have minded if the rule was enforced fairly — but just a few people ahead of me, he allowed someone else wearing sweatpants to walk right in.
When I calmly pointed that out, he responded, “I’m not doing this with you tonight.” I didn’t argue, because I was simply trying to enjoy the night with my friends. What bothered me most was when he added, “It’s always people like you who want to argue.” I’m not sure if that was directed at me because I’m gay or because I’m Hispanic, but either way, it was extremely disrespectful and disappointing.
I’ve visited this place many times before and have never experienced anything like this. I truly hope management addresses how their staff speaks to guests and ensures that everyone is treated with the same respect — no one should be above the rules.

Food was really good, hot and fresh. The view from the rooftop at night is beautiful. Really friendly service and we were there when it was pretty busy.
I heard this is a great place to come, however I've never been inside, because the bouncer (Mitch) won't let me and my friends in. Apparently having no ID and wearing a ski mask and sweatpants isn't allowed, so we usually go to the Greene Turtle instead.

The waitress guy is so mean and rude to me. He ask me to order something otherwise i need to leave, and after i order and done payment he comes and said: you have to leave. And when i about to walk out the door, he grab the drink from my hand and throw it to the trash can. I dont even start to drink any. So i am so confused why? What’s that mean?
