As a performing street hypnotist, I'm always on the hunt for new places to introduce people to the wonder of hypnosis in a new and interesting way. I had the pleasure of being able to do that in in this very nice venue on the Halloween weekend, showing some local Towson University students how magnificent and wonderful their minds are (college age subjects always make great demonstration partners). The venue is spacious, and given the opportunity, I would be happy to perform a full-length comedy hypnosis show here. The fun I had with the students was well worth the time spent, and I'll be back, for sure!

Sat by a hostess. We were drinking our drinks and not 2 minutes later another hostess told us we couldn't sit where we were sat. Hmmm. Well, no more drinks, no dinner, and no more visits. I've got 20+ in the industry and this place won't see us again.

This was the most enjoyable and quickest dining experience I've ever had all thanks to Connor. Made my sprite wonderfully and the food was delicious too I guess. But mostly I was impressed by the speed and grace in which connor brought me my very properly priced sprite. Will be coming back to Barleys Backyard Uptown!

While visiting family, we brunched at Barley's and enjoyed sitting on the top deck. The food and drink were great! It being parents weekend at the university made for a bit of a crowd so the wait staff had some challenges but handled them well enough. The crab sandwich was delicious!
Parking: Street parking is available and inexpensive on the weekend. There is a free parking garage within a couple of blocks walking distance.

The seafood pasta was really good. The lump crabcake wasn’t all that.
So first of all I went too times to the bar to get drinks and when I went the third time to the same guy which is the skinny bald white bartender on the second floor he said he wasn’t going to serve me anymore because I didn’t leave him tip the first 2 times so he decided to not serve me and I have to called another bartender and then my friend was using the vape while everybody else was using the vape and there is no sign that says you can’t smoke vape in there so he decided to call the security’s to take us out just because we was using a vape while everyone else was using a vape and we ended getting kicked out just for a vape and if it was because he got mad cause he didn’t got no tip.

Been here twice so far. I like the rooftop deck. The people are very friendly. Service was slow the first visit but was much better the second time around. I haven't eaten here yet but the folks i was with liked their food. I plan to return again for dinner. Will update when that happens.

We will NEVER go back. After receiving too many, we don't do this and that we left immediately. Someone in our party ordered a Sprite, so I couldn't get the heck out of there faster.
Only the patio was open, and it was hot as hell.
There is no top shelf bar, but it definitely had top shelf pricing.
If you get a crappy dish, rest assured that you're stuck with it because they claim that everything they make it made just right. I'm sure if you're drunk.

Came in around 7p.m. and sat at the bar. Barely got acknowledged. The young woman who took my order was the only one who was attentive. Everyone else just walk straight past me to without a simple hello, asking if I would like something else, or a smile. Didn't feel welcome at all and invisible, so I left after about 30 mins. I will not be returning.
