BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

This is one of my favorite restaurants! But they've changed the menu. No turkey burgers for my husband! Which means there will be very little for him to eat there now. Not everyone eats veggie or beef burgers... I'm sad to say I may have to mark BJ's off. Unless I'm there with friends. Oh one more thing. I love the PAZOOKIES! But peanut butter smores? Yuk why fix what's not broken! The regular peanut butter dessert was delicious!

This was my brothers first time at BJ’s! We were looking forward to the meal after Phoebe, the lobby hostess graciously reminded us of the wonderful items we could choose from on the menu! The avocado eggrolls were absolutely delicious! They were full of flavor and the Tamron sauce was just the right kick to make the appetizers memorable! In addition we were taken care of by Halle Anderson, our wonderful server, who not only checked on us, but joked around about my brother, not being able to finish that delicious, huge BJS own Kickin’ chicken sandwich! This was a meal, not to be forgotten! in addition, we were even checked on by BJ’s manager Damillea Alametta! I can’t say the last time we had an experience where we were so well taken care of by everyone! The whole experience is one we won’t soon forget, and I definitely look forward to coming back to BJ’s in Towson!

Parking: Sundays parking on the street is free! We had a nice walk after such a filling dinner!

I went with my friend yesterday for the first time and we both loved it!! The food came out pretty fast and the cookie dessert was 10/10. RC was our server and he was such a sweetheart. Very funny and still professional, I definitely recommend asking for him if you stop by. My only complaint was that the drinks in the margarita flight weren’t that strong and tasted a lil watered down. Other than that, it was a very nice experience.

We placed a to go order, they forgot the whole entree. When trying to call we kept being transferred to the wrong place. Then the manager was being very difficult when it came to the refund. She told me she can’t refund when you pay with Apple Pay …..I love this place but today was very frustrating and they seemed too struggle today . The manager did give me a gift card which was nice but then. THE RICE WAS NOT COOKED ON MY ENTREE ! My salad also had wilted and yellow colored arugula ….. really mad and disappointed that I spent 80 dollars for NOTHING GOOD !!

Our servicer was great, and the food was okay. But the kitchen got our order wrong (salad). And when they brought out a new one, they gave a teaspoon of chopped egg and a teaspoon of chopped cucumber. So basically just fried chicken on shredded lettuce for $17. Manager didn't even comp us or give a discount are waiting for an extra 30 minutes. Wasn't even that busy.I'd temper my expectations if I was to return there.

I went here not too long ago with some friends and it was very, very enjoyable. We had a great time. The food was delicious and we had great seats. Our server, Aidan, was so nice and ultimately, amazing. She served us as soon as we sat down. She did not delay when getting our food, extra condiments, and receipts. Thanks to her, I am definitely planning on coming back.

So my food is already an hour and a half late, they called to tell me they had no tea at all an hour ago, but no food. I called they picked up and hung up before even saying anything, then I was on hold for 30min( still on hold ) just cycling in hold. There’s no one to find out where my food is! I’m 100% sure if I actually get my food, at this point , I know it’s going to be completely messed up. I will never order or eat in this place again. Thank you for the over 2hour wait. And I’ll still have nothing to feed my family ! No service no care! It’s sad because the BJ’s in Pittsburgh is awesome, but of course when it gets to Maryland it’s a wreck! This place is the worst!!!Yep wrong pizza and cold!!! Everything is gross!!! The pizza is actually under cooked!! The asparagus is to rough to eat!!! This is insanely bad!! want my money and 2 1/2 hrs back!

Great experience! We came in with a party of 9, seated fast, food fast, drinks and refills as needed and our server Aiden was Fantastic! My burger was good, the fries were excellent and I always enjoy the Taronka.

The service was excellent. The food we consume at restaurant was hot and fresh. I however ordered two items to go and that food was not very tasty and had very little seasoning (a cheeseburger and a cheesesteak), the cheesesteak had no cheese and burger very bland. The prices are a bit high but not too much worse than other places. In general had a good experience. Giving it 3.5 stars because of tongo food.

We made reservations, so we were seated right away. Our drinks were great ?? our food took a little lo g to come out. But they had a birthday party of 40 people. In the past when we ate there there wasn't a long wait for our food. Once it arrived it was great as usual. I recommend BJs always ?

This place is trash. Took an hour to order an appetizer then another 40 minutes for dessert...then they had the nerve to bring my pizzookie in a tin can and not a skillet. Then I sat my credit card on the counter for 30 minutes asking to be cashed out and the server ignored me continuously until I had to demand for a manager. Will NEVER go back.

I really enjoyed my food, and the extra time spent here.Keep it up guy's ??

Ordered baby pork ribs along with the side of vegetables with the garlic sauce was excellent. Nice options for beers as well. The staff was new but was very helpful.

My family dined in our waiter was a young man named Davon, he was very professional and did a wonderful job with a table of 16 of us and still had a table of 2, he had 2 young ladies that cake out to assist him that were very unprofessional, one just dropped a plate of mozzarella sticks on our table with the food falling on the table, she walked away with out a care in the world, the other one was so ditsy she couldn't even listen to who the plate of food belonged to, Davon handled the issues very quickly and professionally. He made our night as our waiter.One of our end tables were wobbly and some things fell off the table, he was even very professional about that, he again was a very professional all around waiter and my family thanks him very much.
