My fiancé ordered 2 boxes of chicken strips and received small bite size pieces of chicken. He politely informed the cashier the chicken is not the correct type. A manager came out and rudely said that's what the chicken strips look like.
Since then, we and our friends that regularly ordered here, have not returned. I recommend going to other Bon-Chon locations to receive exactly what you pay for and quality service.
Also, I recommend this location be trained to the same standard of service that other Bon-Chons are.

I ordered the katsu chicken and just received rice and chicken with no sauce or anything else. It was extremely frustrating because i didn’t realize until after I had left. I payed $20 for chicken and rice. That’s it.

Ordered from Uber- this is not the norm but maybe for this location. They need to reach out to Bethesda, Maryland or Arundel Mills location for guidance. The rice was hard and yellow looking. I was unable to eat it. The chicken was very dry and difficult to swallow. Very disappointed. Please beware of this location - I have pictures.

Dear Bonchon Management,
I am writing to bring to your attention a serious food safety concern I witnessed at your Towson location (813 Goucher Blvd, Towson, MD 21286) on October 7, 2025.
While dining there, I observed one of the cooks handling raw chicken directly from the container and then continuing to prepare completed customer orders without changing gloves. This raises significant concerns regarding cross-contamination and food safety procedures.
I addressed the issue with one of the employees, and they acknowledged my concern and issued me a refund of $21.69, for which I am appreciative. However, I wanted to ensure management is fully aware so that appropriate corrective actions can be taken to prevent future incidents.
I enjoy Bonchon’s food and service and hope this matter can be reviewed promptly to maintain the restaurant’s high standards of cleanliness and customer safety.

Service was very slow. Pricing is a bit higher than expected but the flavor(s) of the wings wont disappoint.

Terrible customer service -- Bonchon Towson clearly does NOT care. I ordered the drum trio with extra sauce and got dry drumsticks instead. To make it worse, they gave me mayo as the dipping sauce for the Korean donut. When I tried to get the issue fixed, the general manager gave me nothing but the runaround. Absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and don’t eat here!
I like Bonchon food, but there's absolutely nothing worse than ordering and waiting more than an hour to get your takeout, only for the food to be cold once you finally get to eat it.
The staff have no organization in how they handle ticket orders during a busier rush.

Usually this place is my go to when I’m in the area but man, it’s really went downhill. The wait was extremely long, the atmosphere was very odd as a boombox was blaring music behind the counter so the cashier could not hear the order. The staff was not professional, lackadaisical and honestly rude. Asked for sauce, cups half filled and not secured, got home and the sauce exploded all over the bag, the sauce I paid extra for. Wrote to bonchon it’s been over a week and nobody contacted me. 👎👎 Will not be returning.
