Terrible customer service -- Bonchon Towson clearly does NOT care. I ordered the drum trio with extra sauce and got dry drumsticks instead. To make it worse, they gave me mayo as the dipping sauce for the Korean donut. When I tried to get the issue fixed, the general manager gave me nothing but the runaround. Absolutely unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and don’t eat here!

I like Bonchon food, but there's absolutely nothing worse than ordering and waiting more than an hour to get your takeout, only for the food to be cold once you finally get to eat it.
The staff have no organization in how they handle ticket orders during a busier rush.

Usually this place is my go to when I’m in the area but man, it’s really went downhill. The wait was extremely long, the atmosphere was very odd as a boombox was blaring music behind the counter so the cashier could not hear the order. The staff was not professional, lackadaisical and honestly rude. Asked for sauce, cups half filled and not secured, got home and the sauce exploded all over the bag, the sauce I paid extra for. Wrote to bonchon it’s been over a week and nobody contacted me. 👎👎 Will not be returning.

Welcoming workers, although some could smile. The food was tasty/satisfying and not as greasy as I would expect from fast food. The chicken was crunchy (BBQ sauce was added on the side, although it was too spicy for me). The donut had the perfect sweet, buttery, cinnamon flavor, and the fries were slightly battered before frying. Overall, satisfied; the cook was nice and displayed good hygiene (washed hands and changed gloves a few times as he prepared the food). I guess it's to be expected—this location has an open kitchen where visitors can see what's going on.

I’m from an area which has the best bulgogi, chicken , beef and spicy pork. I can hear because it’s a chain and I’m on the hunt for the best bulgogi in Baltimore county . I would give this bulgogi a -5 if I could. The rice was burnt and crunchy and the bulgogi was no better than the sliced beef I cook for my dogs .

I ordered the soy garlic wings and there was no soy garlic sauce on the wings. They were plain and bland. I had to go back in the store to ask for sauce, which was given to me in a cup. This was my first and last experience at Bonchon. Very disappointed

Absolute RIP OFF! took 45 minutes to get a fried rice! I paid for Extra beef and got flecks! I also paid for scrambled eggs and there were none! I was told there is no such thing as a refund they made food. I will be writing to better business bureau!
