Do not come here!! This is not the BonChon we all know and love.... The chicken is dry and flavorless, the sauce is barely there (and does not taste like normal Korean Chicken sauce), and the Picked Radish has a strange bitter aftertaste(???). I will never be coming back here ever again.
As a Korean, I can proudly say that THIS BONCHON IS GARBAGE. Please do not come here and expect that all Bonchons are like this.... Korean Fried Chicken can actually be delicious.
Please don't make the same mistake I did and go to an actual good Korean Chicken Place (like the BonChon in Ellicott City, or the BBQ Chicken, also in Ellicott city.) Terrible place and terrible food!!!!

First time eating there, but I will be back for those bao buns, kimchi, and wings! Everything exceeded my expectations. Except I wanted more kimchi lol. It was sooo good. Can't wait to explore more of the menu.

I went to this location today because it was close to my outings. I always ordered bonchon from the Ellicott City location so I'm very familiar with their menu and taste. I ordered boneless chicken half spicy and half soy garlic and coleslaw. When I reached my destination after ordered it to go I opened the box and the chicken bites hardly had any sauce and was hard and dry the coleslaw was tasteless this location is fairly new and needs to be shut down immediately servicing food like this.

This place is a joke. Needs new ownership BAD. Wouldn't be shocked if they are closed in a few months. Go to Urban Hot Chicken instead. 10000 times better!

Just came here to see if they are still putting the bonchon sauce on some mid ass tenders. First time i went thats what it was and never went back, especially because their ellicott city location is actually good.

This was so disappointing. We were excited to try this place out. First we tried checking out at self check out but there was an error message after several attemps, so we went to the register. Ordered the food. Food took longer than we expected but no big deal. While waiting, we watched most of the staff just standing around talking. The girl that handed us our food (and I wouldn't even call that handing us the food) had an attitude. No idea why.
The food was lower than mid. It was so bad. We got three chicken sandwiches. One regular, one spicey and one soy garlic. The spicy was so bad. I love spicy food but there was zero flavor. It just tasted like capsaicin. The other sandwiches were also flavorless. And then the breading was almost completely missing off the chicken! It looked like a dried up piece of meat. It just made us want to go to Popeyes.
0 out of 10. Never again.

They do no properly sauce their chicken wings you might find one or two out of your entire order with any sauce

DoorDash 8 pieces of drumsticks from them and it was so well fried and delicious and arrived hot and fresh! Highly recommend :) I am a Korean woman and this is the best Korean fried chicken I had in the US. Better than pelicana and bbq chicken and other k-fried chicken stores.
I got half yangnyeom and half soy garlic with pickled radish on the side. I liked that the yangnyeom had an actual kick to it (slightly) and not just all sweet which is what yangnyeom sauce should be, sweet AND spicy. Bonchon really got the yangnyeom sauce down. I liked the soy garlic too, recommend it for people who might not like spicy stuff and prefer sweeter sauce.
Will definitely order again soon :)
Did I mention that their chicken legs are so huge that I get full from just eating 3 legs? I split the 8 legs with my roommate and we both have big appetites and we got full from just 3 legs. See photos

After waiting 20 minutes for my order, it was cold and flavorless. I've had bonchon from other locations, so I know what it should taste like. The dining area was dirty and unkept, and I have no reason to ever go back there. Hopefully they'll close this location soon.
