Best wings ever! The fried rice is great too.

Their food is amazing and consistent! One of my favorite places to eat friendly staff and the BEST wings!

Chicken is nothing like other locations. Consistently given dry/tough chicken, not properly battered, and barely and sauce. Not worth the price - other locations are better

DoorDash 8 pieces of drumsticks from them and it was so well fried and delicious and arrived hot and fresh! Highly recommend :) I am a Korean woman and this is the best Korean fried chicken I had in the US. Better than pelicana and bbq chicken and other k-fried chicken stores.

I got half yangnyeom and half soy garlic with pickled radish on the side. I liked that the yangnyeom had an actual kick to it (slightly) and not just all sweet which is what yangnyeom sauce should be, sweet AND spicy. Bonchon really got the yangnyeom sauce down. I liked the soy garlic too, recommend it for people who might not like spicy stuff and prefer sweeter sauce.

Will definitely order again soon :)

Did I mention that their chicken legs are so huge that I get full from just eating 3 legs? I split the 8 legs with my roommate and we both have big appetites and we got full from just 3 legs. See photos

After waiting 20 minutes for my order, it was cold and flavorless. I've had bonchon from other locations, so I know what it should taste like. The dining area was dirty and unkept, and I have no reason to ever go back there. Hopefully they'll close this location soon.

When I order tteokbokki from here, it's usually spicy and savory in a thick sauce. This time, there was way too much water, and it tasted like the ricecakes were soaked in vinegar. If it weren't for our other food items (fried chicken and bibimbap), I would rate the food 1/5

If I could have given zero stars I would. The two females (Danielle and Dominique ) at the register terrible customer service. The restaurant was over 80 degrees. I asked if we could lower the shades to reduce the heat. Danielle rudely stated no. I asked again to comprise because we were sitting inside for at least 40mins. So disappointed!!!!!
The food was not as great as expected. My family of 12 came for dinner and we had to make the best of it.

We will not return

The chicken was good. But they were out of some stuff and the place was a little dirty. Not many staff are working so I understand. If you eat in they box everything up and bag it so it feels weird. The radishes weren't pickled either.

I've been to quite a few bonchons and this one was definitely the most disappointing by far. The cashier appeared as if she did not want to be at work that day. She was very unhelpful and I felt like I was bothering her. The food was honestly just okay, I didn't even finish my food. The pickled radish had absolutely no pickled flavor. I ended up returning it. The best thing about the meal was the Korean donut.

Extremely disappointed for a Korean based food spot even though it’s a chain restaurant. The chicken is overcooked, and sadly those who work with the kimchi don’t know when it actually goes bad it was rancid tasting never have I had kimchi taste so terrible in my experience. Definitely need better training or this place will ruin western experience in Korean cuisine

Food is delicious. We love the soy garlic wings. We were disappointed that they were so light on the sauce last time we visited, the chicken pieces were barely covered. French Fries we’re only filled a third of the way. We paid for a fountain drink, and the drink dispenser was broken.
We LOVE the food here when it is done right, maybe they were just having an off day. Service is fine usually.

My daughter took me to Bonchon for the first time in Fairfax Virginia and i immediately fell In love. Moved to Baltimore and was excited that there was one close by, I have eaten here 5xs and each time it just gets worse and worse. I kept trying hoping for the experience I got in Virginia. The wings are always fried to hard I ask for extra sauce cause they be so hard and dry and end up receiving n sauce at all. Will never return not for my 20$ and these horrible wings. Just lost a customer. Towson Bonchon. I don’t think this is a real Bonchon the food here is horrible.

Came here very skeptical from looking at some of the reviews online… I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received! The wings were crispy and delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. I’ll be coming back soon with friends!
