Like many have said the price increase does not reflect the quality of service and food Bonchon offers these days . i would typically drive 30 min to this location for the $1 drums. i went one day and was told They stopped the promo at 7:00. okay, that's cool i'll comeback another time.... The next time i go is about 2 weeks later im now told in order to get the $1 drums i have to purchase something else on the menu... EXCLUDING DRINKS/SIDES.... The cheapest thing on there is like $10 that defeats the whole point in me coming during the $1 drum days (to get a deal) ... All the extra stipulations to the promo and nonchalant customer service just makes me not want to patronize Bonchon (Towson) anymore !

Just close instead of ruining the good name of Bon Shon!! I knew when i walked in that it was going to be a bad experience and it was food bland items not available customer service seemed uninterested in being there or caring.The Pasadena location or Ellicott city location will definitely be the better option vs wasting your time and patronage at this location dealing with newly minted adults.

We ordered the family meal from them Elliott City location and it was horrible hard in the outside underdone on the inside the coleslaw was watered down and tasted sour the seasoned fried was the only thing edible. We reached out to them with no response.

Please read the negative reviews and believe them. I went in here with my 3 sisters for dinner. It was nothing like the bonchon in Ellicott city. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! GO TO ELLICOTT CITY! It looked like it was teenagers running the place the tables were dirty, they had crumbs all over their mouth. the bathroom was nasty. They gave my sister the wrong order of chicken and didn’t apologize. They gave my other sister the correct dish but the chicken and rice had mushrooms in it ! they didn’t even clean the area to cook new food. we told them we were allergic to the mushrooms the girl didn’t even have the decency to apologize and to provide quality customer service. I ordered tacos for my table. They gave me tacos filled with 1 cup of coleslaw & a teaspoon of nasty chicken . The same burnt up chicken that was in the chicken fried rice. I told the manager I was disappointed and that I never complain about food often and that the tacos was not even worth paying for them. She literally looked at the tacos and then looked at me and said absolutely nothing . It was honestly so bizarre and creepy. Please don’t go here go to Ellicott city where they have a bar crispy chicken and full tacos and good service.

SLOW, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR QUALITY FOOD! I wanted to go back and get my refund for all this nasty food that I just bought so bad but it's raining outside and something's going on with my car. No point in calling because they'll only act like nothing was wrong with the food, yet you can see from my pictures, something is seriously wrong with the food. and is pissed off as I am right now, I would probably curse someone out (but Im trying to get into heaven). First of all, it looks like somebody literally bit directly into my chicken drum (see pic), AND the nasty chicken tasted like rubber! Secondly, the japchae did not taste like any Japchae I have ever had at a Bonchon. So this tells me that this particular location is terrible!! Not only is the food bad, but the customer service is even worse, and then the wait time to get the food is horrible!!!!!! When I went into order my food, there was one couple waiting, and one person sitting on the bench. Three other people came in after me. I waited 33 minutes before I got my food - after everyone else but everyone else still waited a good 20 minutes. I had to wait 33 minutes for a 5 piece drum, Japchae, and small fry. Every single time I go into this one there areissues with Customer Service and long wait times. I'm done!! But I'm actually gonna yell louder about the quality of the food because I'm willing to wait for food that's really good- even put up with a bad attitude- if the food is really good. Not here though. Run, don't walk!

Extremely slow service 25 min for an order for 2 people.No excuse from the personal. Only one other couple which arrived at the same time and waited as long. soda machine doesn't have half of the product, I am left with Pepsi diet :( Food is average not worth the wait.

Wings were great , love the new yangnyeom sauce. Pickled raddish could be better .. it tastes so bad …unfriendly , unwelcoming staff on a Sunday morning ! -.- need to learn some Customer service 101 basic skills there
Whoever was working today, 1/24/24 at 1:00 PM needs a raise because they put their whole heart in these wings and fries?? I saw two guys and one girl working there but there could have been possibly more people back there I just probably didn’t see! But SOO good and crispy

I wanted to order some wings it’s Saturday evening and it’s 10:30 I arrived. The workers said we’re not making no more food all we have is 4 drums and 4 tenders. Why is this customer service so bad. I wish to pursue legal actions for this matter. Everything here is crazy high the least they can do is have good customer service. Very unprofessional not polite at all. I want to speak with the ceo on the people he hire. It’s ridiculous.

This place is hit or miss. Depends on who’s back there cooking, you might get some flavorful wings or fried wings with some squirts of sauce. This about the 3rd time I’ve received an incomplete order. They stay forgetting my coleslaw and pickled horseradish. The app or my confirmation email doesn’t have anywhere to dispute an order. Just going to eat the loss.
