Staff in drive through sounded like they hated their jobs. Screaming about customers while I waited for my food. Heard them yelling through the window. Awkward. The crispy mushroom melt thing they have. 6/10. Was soft bread.

I never been to a fast food restaurant this bad, I was waiting at the screen to order my food for 20 minutes without anyone taking my order so we went up to the window and the worker that was wearing a ski mask and smoking on the job looked at us 3 times without coming up to the window , Burger King yall gotta do better stop hiring these dirty lazy crack heads but it’s all good we ended up going to McDonald’s that actually have good customer service and know how to make the line go by quick

This place is pretty disappointing. We were really excited to try the limited edition stuff so we ordered it on the app but when we arrived they said they didn’t have any of it. They provided us fill in sandwiches… that were cheaper that what we ordered. Definitely a bit of a rip off.
Food is always hot, service has been fine in my experience. Bathrooms were an acceptable level of cleanliness. They do always take a while though even though they are literally never busy.

Arrived at 9:09pm, went through the drive through and was told they were only accepting pickup orders despite the open sign being on and the hours being listed as open until 930pm. 😞

Couldn’t even eat the food bun hard as a rock burger look like it’s been sitting for weeks fires cold and no salt the drink was the only thing I could enjoy.

I ordered my food at 10:17am, my dasher was standing there waiting until 10:49 waiting on my food. I asked if it was still being made and they made me aware that the employees were just standing around. I shouldn’t have to receive cold food because no one wanted to make 4 hash-browns and 4 sandwiches. It’s not hard, I’ve worked fast food for years. This is wasting people time (our dashers and even customers physically buying food) and our money because the food isn’t worth it anymore.

Put a mobile order in around 620pm and got here about 630pm...but where are the employees? 10 minutes I stood at the counter before they started slowly appearing from the back, one by one. Food wasn't made yet, and there was no urgency to complete (or even start) my order. Waited at least another 10 minutes for my order to be in my hands so I could finally leave.

Came to drive thru today.. sat in line for a good 7 minutes no one ever addressed me. No customers inside the store or in the drive thru.. pulled to the window, African American Female, Blonde Ombré hair, long false feathered lashes had an attitude and instead of having courtesy and taking the order at the window I was told “Oh.. you have to pull around again or come inside” other vehicles were behind me as well and I noticed once I got to the window, she started taking the other vehicles order. She had an attitude because she chose to work at Burger King, and clearly doesn’t like her career path as a Burger King cashier.. some one needs to let her know that there are other jobs out there but she needs to fix her attitude in order to succeed..just words of encouragement.

If Dan doesn't own the restaurant he should be paid very handsomely for his effort. Dude is a one man army
