The manager is disgustingly rude and unprofessional. He sat in my face talking negatively about me in Spanish to another employee as if I'm not bilingual. He refused to give me a refund after giving me the incorrect order TWICE. He then told me to call corporate to get a refund and then proceeded to go back and forth with me because I asked for his name and why none of the employees had on name tags to be identified so I can call corporate like he suggested for my refund. He only stopped talking about me and arguing with me once I pulled my phone out and said I was now going to record him. This location is full of people who barely speak English and think that makes it acceptable to deceive and disrespect customers in a foreign language. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

Good spot for a quick bite. They have tasty (although very very sweet) lemonade flavors. I was looking for a cheap, snack-sized portion and got the 6 pc lemon-pepper chicken with fries. It was pretty cheap and hit the spot. It was quite oily, however. This can be fixed by dabbing some napkins on them.

Sunday, I ate at Charlie's cheesesteak in the Governor Square Mall. The service has improved tremendously. It's been 3 years since my last visit, because of bad customer service. But now the service is fast, the staff is polite, and the restaurant looks cleaner.

The French fries are out of this world. They are extremely delicious. They used real potatoes to make the fries. The server also served a large quantity, which was immensely appreciated, especially due to inflation.
So the guys didn't get the order wrong or anything. About an hour after eating i threw up 3 times and felt completely food poisoned by it… my friend refused to eat the food because he knew something was off. Don’t buy.

Would give zero if I could. I frequent here often, as I work in the mall. Today, I ordered a Chicken Philly with American, and evidently the cashier didn’t hear me say American. As I walk off, it registers that there’s provolone on it. I figured it’d be an easy fix and since I paid for it, I should get what I asked for instead of what I initially received. I very nicely said I didn’t notice it was provolone cheese and asked for a remake. They gave me a very hard time replacing it and I had to wait for the cashier to take another ladies order (who was Latina, like the rest of the staff present. I am not.) after they told me to talk to the cashier about it. I was there first and was trying to get back to work, but they did not tend to the customer with an issue (me) who already paid first. He then, more than 5 minutes later at this point, tells me twice that it comes with provolone and to tell him in advance. I did tell him in advance. After I repeat that I already asked for it and he must not have heard me, he begrudgingly has the employee on the grill make me one with American. I’m unsure why they gave me such a hard time when I come here often and was very polite about the incident. I also want to note the remake had significantly less meat/toppings than the first sandwich I received. Very disappointed. The staff from tonight need to be addressed by management. Will not be back.

The food was fine, but the employees were so rude when I asked questions. I returned the same energy back. Then the man that made my sandwich got mad because I asked if he put ranch on my sandwich and he didn't, a sandwich that literally STATED on the menu that ranch is included.This was by far the worst location I’ve been to.
