I no longer recommend Cha time on account of how poorly the owner treated the employees (berating them, condescending, despite one who was admittedly new.) This is the owner, it is the same woman who worked at the TU pop-up shop, talked with my family about how she became the owner, and greeted me the past two years I've frequented the place. Very disheartening and I hope the two employees find kinder and more patient environments.

I hope she learns to treat her employees politely and appropriately - otherwise she'll probably be constantly training new people because honestly nobody would keep going to that job if that's how management treats them
Edit: the owner's reply is nonsense. That manager was absolutely berating those employees. It was genuinely despicable to see a human being treat another human being like that. And absolutely makes sense that she'd try to weasel out of it with some nonsense reply instead of owning up to her abhorrent behavior

The ambiance was very cute . My kids loved the place , they have lots of indoor games for the to keep them entertained . The employees are very sweet and humble . Even we got the chance to meet the owners there . They were very welcoming and humble . This place is differently my new favorite place to go for bubble teas and smoothies

Just visited Chatime in Towson, and I have to say, it's a great spot! The mango smoothie is hands down the best – super refreshing and full of flavor. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. The ambiance is nice too, a perfect spot to chill with friends or get some work done. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

We ordered Chatime truck for our employee appreciation event and it was amazing! The tea was delicious and the people were so sweet and patient. We had a great turn around and a lot of folks tried Boba for the first time and fell in love. We can’t wait to work with them again
