This Chick-fil-A is very convenient. The Drive-thru wait time has been taken into consideration now a days. I understand I can order ahead and get it dropped off to my vehicle however, my latest experience ordering ahead was not pleasing at all. Order was totally wrong & missing drinks. Received part of the order correct second time around that was 15-20 minutes later, still missing drinks. So, I went inside w/ my freshly made sandwiches I asked if I could possibly get fresh hash browns as I waiting 15-20 for my correct sandwiches - hash browns were cold. Employee said sure and threw away the whole bag… with the freshly made sandwiches. Unforgettable moment if I’m being honest - I wanted to give up on getting Chick-fil-A breakfast that day. The grilled filets has also been on the small side… and I mean like I can see the parts where I’ll only be diving into bread and veggies and nothing else. I also found hair in my grilled sandwich on 4/3 I threw it away and ate air for dinner. I did not want to post this for one of my favorite fast food restaurants especially the closest Chick-fil-A to me. There’s always room for improvements, we aren’t perfect but we can sure strive for better. Hope all is well.

The whole vibe in this place is horrible. It was completely understaffed and the food was stale. One girl gave me complete attitude and just seemed mad to see me. She was sucking her teeth over the speaker and rolling her eyes at the window.
This one's pretty wack. They have an extremely limited menu. After you wait like 30 minutes in line minimum, like they just throw wet bagged sandwich at you pretty much. Not really a chick fil a but a pretty typical school lunch

This business brings shame to the name of Chick-Fil-A. As a former employee at a different location, I understand the many ways this Chick-fil-A is inadequate. The constant hour-long wait in line just to see two workers behind the counter, one bagging and one taking orders. To only have two workers with an hour long line is completely absurd. There is a strong necessity to have more workers, and multiple changes must be made to the system. Not even mentioning the charging for a cup of water, there is no excuse for the screen to not show who got what order. The employee should not need to call out every name and ask them what they ordered and if they wanted sauce if they've already indicated that they do or don't. The poor food quality is expected for a college campus, but the systems and operations on a large level need to change. I'm disappointed in the way things run here as Chick-fil-A has a rep for being efficient and quality. All I can hope is that some changes are made.
