i placed a delivery order for my mom and the young man Keontay delivered it, he was very sweet and patient. it made my day after a horrible work day myself, i wish i could've doubled his tip if i had known and if i do get to see him in the mall he's definitely getting a super tip in person whether chik fil a allows it or not. amazing and deserves the world! don't short change him one bit. ★

Don’t waste your time or money with this location. They canceled my online order without any explanation and theyre saying i have to wait days to get my refund for something that wasn’t even my fault. Ridiculous!

I can't believe the type of people that work at this place, they don't know about honesty or being good to others, I forgot my shopping bag for a few minutes on the counter and one of the employees took it and never returned it. When we questioned them, they changed their story a couple of times saying they gave the bag to a man who claimed it and then said they gave it to a woman. I'm very disappointed, I love Chick-fil-A but after this, I won't be back ?

Both times I went to this chick fil a for curbside, they made me wait over 20 mins for my order. the most recent time, the employee walked out with multiple bags of food and handed my order to another costumer forcing me to wait another 10-15 mins for my food. unbelievable.
Disappointed got order wrong. SPICY flat chicken sandwich.
