Please update the store opening time .They said it was opening at 10:45 , was there till 11:00 still they were not opened. The staff just ignored me.

I already wrote a review on yelp but it simply was not enough to put into words the grotesque state of everything at this chipotle. The food is fine, the service is fine, but the cleanliness?? So so gross. I come here often, whether before a movie or simply because my daughters were begging for chipotle, so it is disheartening to see the state of the building every time I walk inside. Please start maybe wiping tables every once in a while? Or at least refill the drink station. I mean, what if I spent the $3.40 on my agua Fresca and it was all out? What am I supposed to do then? Also, I get that trash goes in trash cans, but I don’t fully understand why there is trash outside of the cans as well. Maybe because they overfilled?

They open at 10:45 but didn’t open the doors til after 11am. We go in and the staff is rude trying to rush us. And when I asked the lady for an extra tortilla she looked at me like I was crazy. Rude staff, dirty location, bad food, and they can’t open on time.

DO NOT order delivery from here. They are incapable of getting an order right. The sticker on your meal will say the right thing but the food inside will be completely different. Everyone they hire must either be illiterate or otherwise just utterly incompetent.

If I could’ve given this restaurant, a zero I would have definitely done so first of all the hour on the door says 10 PM for closing, however when going to dine in at 9:05 they’re stating that they don’t take orders at the register because it shuts off at a certain time, understood however-you have to use the mobile app well we attempted to use the mobile app but that shuts off at 935 we completed our order at 9:33 pm. In terms of cleanliness of all the this locations I’ve visited this place was filthy trash was overflowing and tables were filled with previous patrons left food items. I don’t request Towson often but for my hard earned money I will not ever attempt to patronize this location. I would not recommend

This is the worst Chipotle ever! There are much fewer chips, and they are even stale. The drinking fountain is broken, there is no ice, and the machine is leaking. There are no forks at lunchtime. The tacos are made like all-mixed, messed Britton bowls. The staff needs more training and education.
I wouldn’t even give it a one star, the line was short but it took them 10 minutes for a KIDS meal. I go home to open my food and it’s burnt!! BURNT. The works were rude and slow, and Ik the newbie was doing his best but u burnt my food…

Really not sure what about an order of large chips and guacamole makes a worker forget the chips. Like what am I supposed to do with a large bowl of just guacamole. If I wanted a big cup of smashed avocado I would go to California.

The employees seriously skimp on your food. One of the workers put a baby amount of cheese on my burrito and when I asked for more she literally rolled her eyes at me. Workers need to be trained to give correct portion sizes.
