I don't know were to begin!! This is the nastiest dirtiest rat and roach infested chipotle I have ever been!! I don't know how this place is still open, were is corporate inspectors and the health department??? I will never step foot in this rat hole again......stay away from this one...

Food was disgusting. Old lettuce stale chips sauces were wrong and also tasted expired. Homeless guy camped out INSIDE by the door. This place is a health hazard and shouldn’t be serving food.

I visited Chipotle around 10:45 AM on June 19th and placed an order for a bowl with lettuce, tomatoes, and rice. Upon returning home and starting to eat, I noticed a black bug crawling around in my food. Naturally, I was quite alarmed and disturbed by the experience.
I tried to contact the store afterward, but I kept getting an automated robot response, which was frustrating. Wanting to address the issue directly, I returned to the location and asked to speak with the manager. I explained that I had found a black bug in my food, and the manager initially responded that it was probably from the lettuce.
She asked for my receipt which I unfortunately did not have at the time. I told her she can look at the cameras cause I was definitely there. She also checked with staff, but they all claimed they did not recognize me or recall my order. I politely requested again that they check the cameras, especially since I was the second person to place an order that morning.
Ultimately, I was refunded for my bowl, but I expressed concern about the ongoing use of the same lettuce(they were still using the same lettuce, as she indicated that the bug likely came from there. She assured me they would check the lettuce, but I left feeling uneasy about the food safety practices, especially since they continued to serve the same greens to other customers.
Overall, my experience was disappointing and concerning from a food safety perspective. I hope the store takes necessary precautions to prevent such issues in the future.

This my second time visiting this location and the food taste like the old Chipotle flavorful and the amount they give you us enough for leftovers.

First, I would like to say they need to slow down and listen to the customers. I asked for mild hot sauce, and she began to throw on the hot sauce and pico de gallo. When I proceeded to tell her it was wrong, she tried to put on more pico de gallo. So, my bow had to be remade after I stated that’s not what I wanted. They were still missing a queso. I got home shortly after 12 hours later, and I threw up the entire bowl.

At least 3 mice running around front of house, can’t imagine what’s going on in the back where the food is. Be careful what you’re eating! This place is clearly due for an inspection.

On one faithful day I was looking for something to eat so I decided with Chipotle at this particular store this turned out to be the worst decision of my life.First off they gave me a completely different order that I picked but my friend got their exact order? (The order was not even good and I couldn’t go back)Not only that I ordered extra guacamole just to not get it and the chips I got with it were unseasoned. RIP to my burrito bowl that I never got!!!

Would not come to this chipotle ever again. Way better options in the Towson area. The lady gave not even half a scoop of chicken as my full portion and then when I asked for more she gave me 2 pieces of chicken more. Not worth the money to get skimped on protein every time I go.

DO NOT COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE. They are overcharging people and barely giving one scoop of meat. The woman gave me a half scoop of Chicken and when I asked for a full scoop, they attempted to charge me for double meat. Absolutely ridiculous!
