The quality of the meats has gone down hill so much even though the prices have gone up. I used to love Chipotle (almost an obsession), but now the chicken, steak, etc is of low quality and looks bad & tastes bad. Nothing like destroying your reputation, Chipotle.

So I asked for different rice and different lettuce becuase the lettuce was soggy and she was scrapping the bottom of the container for the rice she ended up bringing it to the back and giving me the soggy lettuce as well as old rice ..I got food poisoning not even 4 hours of consuming pooping and throwing up everywereeeee /Service horribleFood horribleGo find out if u wanna your butt will be a victim ?Not to mention there pet roaches climbing the walls like spider manAnyways I still gave food poisoning so lemme get back to the toilet yall have a good day

Nice and clean polite customer service very efficient.
Doors still locked at 11:05 am, was told my catering order (for a corporate business meeting) won’t be ready because “everyone was late today” so now I don’t have food for the corporate event I organized and I had to find this out by coming all the way to the store, which didn’t even open on time.This is about as bad as it gets. Extremely unprofessional. Will not be using this location for future catering orders.

They really should control how close the person behind you gets when you are paying. Made me extremely uncomfortable and to top it off, the credit card machine is VERY slow. Maybe they should switch it out and increase their productivity.

Sadly, if you go there early near the time they first open, the service is not good you would think you would get the best of the food that it would be hot but I guess the food needs to sit and get the seasonings to go through it I’m so probably Midday or evening would be best also, Service was very crabby and they had corporate meetings going on. Absolutely my worst experience with Chipotle. I’m shocked.
