I ordered from this location tonight and my order was covered in sauces I never ordered. When I walked in a customer was having an argument with a rude cashier over getting her money back and I wish I would have done the same. I ordered online and my burrito bowl only has 5 ingredients… reading is fundamental, kids. I want my money back and will be disputing the charge with my bank like the other customer.

The service here is terrible it is 7:28 on 9/19/25 and I just got chipotle here 15 minutes ago. I was happy because I had rewards for a free entree and chips and queso so I used them and then it seemed as if the manager wasn’t very happy about it so he then hassles my roommate and I over 5 cents for a bag. It is honestly just crazy how downhill chipotle has gone.
I’ve been to this Chipotle location numerous times and I’ve never had a bad experience. My most recent experience was awesome! I arrived during peak dinner hours and the staff was super fast and really friendly!
