The food is good because chipotle always hits. But the online ordering is crazy! Almost every time I place a mobile order from here my order is wrong and lacking. I get double protein and all the condiments but all I get is 90% rice 10% everything else. Mega mid.

The line was long. The woman who made my food slammed my bowl down, missed ingredients and told me I was holding up the line after I said she didn’t put something I asked for in my bowl. I never have a positive experience at this location.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent visit to the Chipotle location at Goucher Building. My experience at your establishment was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring several issues to your attention.First and foremost, upon entering the dining area, I was appalled by the level of cleanliness. The tables were filthy, with food remnants scattered about, and it was evident that they hadn't been properly wiped down or sanitized. Additionally, the floors appeared to have not been swept or mopped in quite some time, further contributing to the unsanitary environment. As a customer, I expect a certain standard of cleanliness when dining out, and this experience fell egregiously short of that expectation.Furthermore, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of attentiveness and professionalism exhibited by your employees. Instead of prioritizing customer service and satisfaction, the staff seemed more preoccupied with engaging in personal conversations amongst themselves. As a result, customers were ignored, and it was challenging to get anyone's attention for assistance or inquiries. This disregard for customer needs is wholly unacceptable and reflects poorly on the reputation of your establishment.To compound matters, I waited for assistance for ten minutes while your employees searched for lids for bowls. When I brought to their attention that there were lids available at the takeout order section, I was met with a dismissive response. The cashier, Katherine, informed me that they could not take a lid from there, despite there being more than fifty available. When I requested to speak with the manager, Katherine returned laughing, stating that the manager was too busy to address my concerns. This level of unprofessionalism and disorganization is unacceptable.I am deeply disappointed by this experience, especially considering that I choose to patronize this location due to its proximity to my home. However, it is evident that this location is in desperate need of strong leadership and improved organizational practices.I urge you to take immediate action to address the issues raised and implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur again. This may include retraining staff on customer service standards, implementing stricter cleanliness protocols, and fostering a culture of accountability within your team.Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I sincerely hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify these issues and restore confidence in your brand.

I told the server that the ladies room was out of soap. She immediately told the stock female who had a ponty tail in. After several minutes I checked the ladies room again and still there was no soap. I told the stock lady who was stocking things by the drink that there was no soap. She proceeded to tell me that she does not know how to put the soap in. I responded that if you just put the soap in the bathroom it should be easy to squeeze out even if it's not put in place. She then says is there sanitizer in there. The lack of concern is unreal. There was zero effort .Also if workers are defecting and using sanitizer that's a concern. She needs to be retrained for her customer service skills. Her complete attitude was apathetic and I won't be returning due to fear of fecal mater in food. The servers were great the stocker gets a 000. Whomever is supposed to be stocking around 8:50 on 02/16/24 is the one to check.

Wasn’t going to post this here if they gave me a refund. But the contact person ignored me and have yet to give me my money back. I went here and surprise surprise, there was a big unknown bug in my bowl? never again will i eat from here. Absolutely turned off from chipotle. And they had the audacity to offer me a free meal. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
