I was having top 10 worst days of my life. I go in to get a salad and as soon as i stepped outside to walk to my car it spills everywhere. clearly overwhelmed I walked back in in distress and crying and the employees were soooo nice. It was 2 girls and the guy who originally helped me. They remade it and spoke with me and just made the situation better. Thank you to them they were such queens!!!

Chopted has the most amazing salads I've ever had

This warm salad bowl chicken tinga is absolutely my favorite and the chopped in Towson is phenomenal. I wish that they would open up a chopped in Catonsville because I'm telling you I would be there every single day! Catonsville needs a decent place to eat healthy food and chopped would be a fantastic Edition

Best service! Took the time to let me try a couple dressings which I greatly appreciated as a first timer. Can’t wait to come back.

Staff was extremely patient and helpful while a navigated the vast menu. Food and service was a 10!

After my workout this morning, I went to grab a salad here at Chopt, at 11:10. (They open ant 10:30) Upon entering, I was ignored by the 2 younger staff. Completely disregarded I stand at the register. Someone appears from the back who seems to be the manager asks if I need to be helped. As she was making my order, the young man says they have not prepped the salad dressing that comes with my carrot miso bowl yet. And the manager offers me another choice. I hesitatingly agree on another choice after they continue to push another option. I then see they offer salad dressings Togo, so I order a bottle. $6. The man grudgingly goes to the back to grab the tub of dressing and make me a bottle Togo. Needless to say awful service. Didn’t seem that hard to do that in the first place.

When I get home, I see something moving in my salad, I empty the container to see a fruitful, INSIDE my salad. Disgusting. Super disappointed in this experience because I have been to this location many times since they opened last year. Will not be returning. I’d advise you to go to sweet green instead.

I love the set up of the place but there was definitely an odd smell that caused me to want to take my food to-go. The service 5/5, they took my order quickly and even gave me recommendations for my first time ordering. All the employees seemed very nice! As for the food… all the toppings taste very fresh and the dressing is super good! Unfortunately I ordered the chicken which tasted VERY low quality! Sorta taste like cheap frozen chicken that they put dressing on and warmed up, which is unfortunate cause the place values good fresh food.
