Absolutely incredible that you can't place an online order for a salad at 8:35 PM when they don't close until 9. Just close at 8:30 then..

Yummy fresh food and I had a positive customer service experience. However the shop had a HORRIBLE odor. Genuinely smelled like a used toilet in there. Trash cans overflowing. I literally had to step outside to finish my meal.

I like the salads Ive never had a issue with my salads so for the food rating ill give it 5/5 but the employees are so unwelcoming. They do not greet you or talk to you and they just seem like they do not want to work at all. Even when you order your food you can just tell they could care less they just want to be off work I assume. Other than that I dont mind the spot just dont like the employees

The store was empty except for 4 employees. None of the tables had been wiped off..and the floor was just as bad. Probably wont go back. Very disapointed.

Food was ok, they were out of several things. It was also messy. There were only two people working and one was doing on line orders so it took a long

The saddest $14 salad. Ordered the Warm Harvest Bowl for pickup. No goat cheese, almonds or dressing. The sweet potatoes and apples were cold mush. Basically ordered kale, grains, craisins, and chicken. Hoping they get it together.

When I lived Dallas, Chopt was my go to lunch spot. I was so excited when they opened in Towson. I just walked in tonite and was overcome by a horrible chemical odor. I was the only customer and there were many employees, yet no one acknowledged my presence or made eye contact. It felt hostile and uncomfortable. I was disappointed that the steak salad was not on the menu. I would had been happy to try something else, but unfortunately, no one was remotely interested in taking my order.

Me & a friend had lunch here for her birthday since it's a fairly new place and we had our salads made into wraps good idea not greatly executed but the taste and the flavor made up for that just didn't eat the wrap will be going back here to try some different salads

Got the blissful harvest bowl - meh. The chicken tasted like it was canned or boiled rather than grilled. Really gross and disappointing for $15 - I ended up picking it out. I felt like they also skimped on the sweet potatoes. It seems like other people have had unpleasant experiences with the chicken here, so hopefully they address that.

I have tried this place two times. It’s a big NO. The menu reminds me of a combination of Cava and SweetGreen. But tastes nothinggg like those restaurants. The first time I had the chicken Tinga I had to force myself to eat it because it was drenched in sauce and had a terrible texture. This time I had the Blissful Harvest Bowl and the chicken looks and tastes like the chicken that’s in a can. It’s disgusting. I cannot finish eating so it’s def a waste of $13. The only good thing about this place is the location, it is walking distance from my apartment and they close at 9. Other than that, I do not recommend.
