Today, I visited the Crafty Crab on Taylor Avenue and purchased a crab leg bowl with shrimp, the eggs (2) and 1 corn. I like to let everyone know that the crab leg was not fresh. I live a little distance from this place so I doubt if I will be visiting again. To pay $33.37 for some shrimp, 2 eggs, potatoes (maybe 2) and a piece of corn, NAW. I was told by the Manager that I could drive all the way back there, bring the entire bag of stuff back and they would remake it. No Sir,I am not doing that and I will not be spending my money there anymore. Check your food before you leave the establishment.

If I spend money out to eat, I would expect food to be hot. I had to send food back and it still didn't come out warm or hot. This location need some work. I pray all gets better.

Great environment Good service with Good food. Great for seafood lovers ! BYOB even though we didn’t but it is an option. Chicken tenders for the kiddos and Honey mustard is also good.
called and they said 2 ppl didn’t need a reservation but than we waited to get seated. people who got there after us got seated before us. waited an hour for our food. smelt like

Dry bag seafood boil..you couldn't see any garlic butter sauce .. very bland bag.. too expensive to not have any sauce.. you lost a good customer

The girl at the front desk was really nice, I think her name Jaliyah. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great. All around I’m definitely going back for my next event celebration.
On Christmas Day, my family and I ordered seafood boils from this location.About an hour after eating this food, we all experienced symptoms of food poisoning. Diarrhea, vomit, stomach pains, etc.While the food was tasty, this establishment’s kitchen practices or seafood caused us all to be very ill following consumption.I would NOT recommend this establishment as I have let the restaurant know about our experience to which they replied “we can’t do anything about that. according to policy, we need a doctor’s note.”This was disheartening to hear because AT LEAST they could assure some sort of plan to better serve their customers in the future.Not sure what the issue was but we had the followings food:ShrimpMusselsCrawfishPotatoesCornPlease steer clear as I was told they will not do anything to rectify.

The food and service were great, but the female security guard with glasses and a red bush was unnecessarily RUDE! Crafty crab closes as 11pm. The security guard announced every couple of minutes starting at 10:40pm that they were closing. After eating our meal (which we started at 10pm and others even came after us), I went to the restroom at 10:48. She followed me into the restroom and repeated that they were closing, I responded "okay". Seconds after returning to my table, I did not sit, my partner stood up and handed me our to-go bag in preparation to leave and she felt the need to say to my partner "Sir, we're closed" (even though it was 10:53pm). I told her the time and asked her what would've happened if I had to actually sit and use the restroom. She said I should have went earlier. After I said her rushing us and additional comments were unnecessary, she started to cut me and my partner off while we were speaking by saying she did not have to explain anything to us. While leaving, our waitress, who was great, apologized about the security guard. Unfortunately, we do not feel comfortable with returning if this is how the security will continue to treat people.

Took My Husband to eat some crabs for His Earthborn day and We truly enjoyed Our time together!!!! The Service was Impeccable from The Greeter to the Server Camarie, who by the way was so Wonderful!!!! My Husband got the mouth on fire blue crab boil and He enjoyed it!!!! I had the crab cakes which were good for the price and flavorful!!!! Would definitely recommend the Towson location for a truly Wonderful experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
