This place is very racist and unprofessional The customer service is very poor! I had high hopes trying this place I usually enjoy atlas restaurants but this was disappointing. This was my first time here the cashier rushed my order instead of offering assistance or suggestion she huffed and puffed in my face! I place my order iced coffee hot chocolate and breakfast sandwich i said thank you She never acknowledged me She gives me my hot chocolate while my food isn’t done yet Who wants cold hot chocolate with there food I asked nicely could the young lady nicely can she take the hot drink back or remake it when my food is ready she said no very disrespectful I asked for manager none was available but a card given to me Then magically a manager appears while the cashier playing victim crying actual tears as if she a victim Long story short the manager was no help at all was not apologetic about his employee behavior or understanding Will not be back i was the only black person there at the moment THE CASHIER NAME IS OLIVIA

The young ladies up front are very nice and accommodating. I love the dark roast coffee from Peetes. Personally the food could be a bitter better flavor n temperature wise. I love the Danish and croissants.

The Apple pie iced latte was amazing! So happy to have fall coffee flavors that isn’t pumpkin! It was perfectly sweet and leveled out with the espresso. The location is in quaint area of Towson. There’s parking across the street in a small lot, but gets filled quickly. There’s lots of space to get work done in the cafe and there’s also outdoor seating. The service was great, they were informative and nice. Will definitely be back to try more items

I’ve been coming here for a few years and have seen this establishment change over the years typically the folks who work at this establishment have been great, courteous, and considerate. However, last week was the first time I have ever had a truly negative experience with one of the associates working at the store, who berated me for forgetting to request the removal of bacon from a sandwich. She was extremely rude. Honestly, it seemed like she might’ve just been having a bad day and I was going to give her the benefit of the doubt until she went on to say this has happened multiple times (it has only happened once before) and then went on to throw her arm at the menu behind the counter saying you can just read it here. It was quite appalling. I tried calling the store to speak with the manager, however I was told the manager was busy doing office work. This just showed me that the manager was not able to spend even a minute on the phone just to listen to a customer. My intention was just to let the manager know that hey you have an associate who’s a little rude. She might’ve been having a bad day, but maybe somebody should check in with her and see if she is okay. I was hoping not to write a review, but unfortunately I still have not been able to reach the manager. This is why I am giving my review 3 stars.
All in all I absolutely love this place and the food is fantastic—a little over priced sure, but the atmosphere and the people who work there (99% of the time) are phenomenal.

nice little place it has the potential to be cute but the coffee was mid I got a lavender and honey iced coffee and didn't taste like regular coffee and cream 😒avocado toast was really good,so if they actually do a great ice coffee I would go back

First time here and the lady at the counter was very rude. Upon approaching her face frowned. I still spoke by saying hello she said nothing just a stare. So I spoke again. She mumbled hi. Zero stars for customer service Food was amazing got the beet salad and avocado toast Scenery was cool, out door eating. As we left a worker there was going on break and rudely sped walk past us and lit her cigarette. Again the staff is horrible poor representation of upscale restaurant

Love this places food! Except the service... not so much. They made me the wrong drink and insisted I said that's the drink I wanted. The manager was snappy when I verified how my drink was supposed to be. They remade my drink but was just honestly confused on why they were so annoyed that THEY got my drink wrong. Kind of disappointing! Customer is supposed to always be right, I know what I said and the way they handled it was honestly unprofessional, as someone who works in a restaurant. Won't be giving my money to this place anymore which is unfortunate.

Asparagus sandwich! Beet Gazpacho! Oh my! The sandwich isn’t grilled but on multi or seeded grain bread which IS the right kind of bread and absolutely no need to grill (you could but the fillings themselves were saluted). It is perfect. Attractive seatings outside!!

I had the breakfast burrito with sausage, and a medium coffee. Food was 4/5, atmosphere and service were great. You can sit outside with your pup, if you are so inclined.
