Ordered a pizza at 6:30. It's now 8:10 and no pizza. I called 1/2 hour ago and they said it was out for delivery. This is not okay. This is unacceptable. No communication at all from them.
It took 1.5 hour to be delivered and pizzas were cold. I called and guy answered the phone laughing and put me in hold without any explanation. 15 mins later, I called from another line, the lady said “the driver left 10 mins ago “ that was 8:21 pm but pizza arrived at almost 9 pm and boxes said 8:32 pm so pizza never left until probably 8:45 pm. Very disappointed with service and food. I’ll never order again.
