A single mom of two this company ( professional cleaning and rehab group l) came out was truly a blessing by getting all the sewer back up in the middle of the night they came and got right to work I called multiple companies and nobody was able too help and I will tell everyone about this company

The young worker Josiah that assisted me with my order was very enthusiastic and respectful which is a treasure to see these days. i usually don’t leave reviews but his customer service was just out of this world.

I’m extremely disappointed with Domino’s. I ordered a Chicken Parm pizza, but they delivered one with bacon instead — which I’m allergic to. I called to get it corrected, and instead of fixing their mistake, they told me I had to come pick it up myself. This is unacceptable customer service. It was their error, and I shouldn’t be the one inconvenienced — especially when there’s a health risk involved. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Went a few days ago.
Not sure why there are options such as extra or less sauce, square cut, etc. on the app when it’s not actually done in the order. Pizzas I’ve had from here are not good. Would return it but I’m not trying to have a fight picked with me. I’ve been to plenty of Dominos restaurants in Maryland but this one takes the cake for the worst. Having college kids work here does not excuse the quality- Papa John’s is similar and across the street, yet I’ve had no issues with it. It’s much better anyways… I’ve given this restaurant 3 chances yet I’ve been disappointed each and every time.

Didn’t cut my pizza, didn’t add any sauce to my pizza, it’s like they didn’t even care. People spend their hard working money to buy a pizza that they can hopefully enjoy just for y’all to not care and ruin it.

I just saw a tall flamboyant black “manager” attack a kind woman when she tried to return her pizza! 7:00 tonight 12/30/24! Disgusting! I wish I had a photo of him! He attempted to be nice to me, but after seeing him yell in a woman’s face for NO reason whatsoever, he gets no points with me! I won’t be back!

I had an order for $30 some wings and a salad their website says the driver doesn’t carry more the $20 in change but for my delivery they don’t have enough change (even though I was going to give him a Tip)nor do they accept $50 so now I have no food

I ordered 2 pizza here, and the experience was very disappointing. First, they got my order wrong, which led to a long wait while they corrected it. When I finally got the pizza, the dough was undercooked, making it almost inedible. It’s frustrating to wait that long only to receive a poorly made pizza. I hope they improve both their service and the quality of their food.

An hour and a half wait for a delivery 5 min down the road, just to have the WORST pepperoni pizza I've ever had in my life. Barely warm and tasted like cardboard. I have never in my life taken two bites out of a slice and ended up throwing the pizza away. Horrible.

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Domino's in Baltimore. During my last visit, I received the wrong pizza, and when I called to resolve the issue, the employee on the phone was polite and assured me that he would credit a pizza to my account. He specifically told me that all I needed to do was place my next order under my phone number, and the credit would be applied without any issue.

Fast forward to tonight: I placed an order and went to pick it up, fully expecting the credit to be honored. However, the woman at the front informed me there was no credit on my account. Despite explaining the situation—that a Domino's employee had personally credited me a pizza—she made no effort to help, offering zero solutions. I was forced to pay full price, which left me beyond frustrated.

This is hands down the worst Domino’s in Baltimore. The lack of integrity and complete disregard for customer service is shocking. Not only did they fail to follow through on their promise, but the pizza I paid for was overcooked and looked like a piece of cardboard. I’ve never been more dissatisfied.

Save your money and go somewhere else where they value their customers and serve quality food. This Domino’s is a disaster from start to finish.
