My most recent experience at this location was very disappointing. The crew was rude and unfriendly. While I was still placing my order, I was rushed to pull forward to the window. Once there, I continued to feel rushed and was even told, “the line is long,” as if my time or money didn’t matter. When I received my order, the cheese on my sandwiches was cold, and when I mentioned it, I was told, “we only melt the cheese if you ask.” I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and have never had to ask for my toasted sandwich to have melted cheese. I didn’t appreciate the attitude or the change in service, especially as a regular customer.

Tables and seats dirty and sticky. Had to clean them myself with wet toilet paper.
I am so disappointed I loved coming to this establishment and this was my go to dunkin but today one of their signs outside fell almost hitting my vehicle and not one single employee even bothered to check to check on me and my son. Meanwhile my son is screaming about the sign falling scared to death the employees had by standers help pick up the sign to get it out the way but did not even bother to take a few seconds to see if we were okay. I should not be surprised since when I went to ask for a fork the 2 employees were disusing dealing with previous complaints from customers by dismissing their complaints. Super unprofessional.
