I hope this is the correct DD. It's located off Joppatowne Rd and there is a CARROL FUEL across the street. Excellent service and the food is fresh. However, this morning, I witnessed the cashier at the drive thru collecting payment then went back to prepare the food. She didn't change her gloves or wash her hands in between. I will NEVER return to this DD ever again! This is nasty work and someone could get sick. 10/20 @6:14a

Oof, go here frequently but this Sunday experience will be my last at this location... Tried to sell me a latte that was essentially just milk and even after I made them add an extra shot to compensate it was still whiter than any coffee has any right to be. They keep pushing on skimping us and get mad when we notice? They doubled down rather than just correcting their mistake and business is not an excuse for that! Go elsewhere there's another down the street

I ordered Egg-cheese on croissant on Thursday morning but they put beckon as well. I don’t eat beacon so I have to throw away. I didn’t have time to come back to your store since I was rushing late for work. Looks like I won’t be back to your store due to not listening my order properly, wasting food and dollar.

Coffee is always made just right, employees are friendly.
Staff are always arriving late. Establishment opens at 5am and staff arrives at 5am which leaves customers waiting. If you open at 5am then you should arrive at least 30 min before opening time to allow for time to set up.

Slowest Dunkin in America. I put in a mobile order way up the road and for the 3rd time they don't start working on it until I walk through the door. I thought mobile order was supposed to be faster

I always use the drive through service and am warmly greeted by the staff. Quick/efficient customer service is important to me.
lady is sweeping the floor towards where I’m standing and I ask if she could wait till I move and she still sweeping all the dust on me. I got a medium coffee and asked for three creamers and a guy gave me one then asked for another. He gave me one more than I had asked for other time and I finally got my three creamers. I also waited for 10 minutes for somebody to acknowledge me, to take my order and it wasn’t nobody else in the store. Black people are continually to be treated like the underdog. but just wait until the day… y the way theses pakistani people are darker than me.
