Went this morning 9/27 to pick up 6 bagels. Ordered 6 bagels 4 gourmet 2 regular toasted with butter. My initial total was 29. I quested that it went down to 26. The cashier overcharged me. Still 26 for 6 bagels was a lot. I asked the cashier would it be cheaper to ring me up for a half dozen bagels instead of ringing up individually. In the app those same 6 bagels are 12 dollars. So i spoke with the manager Amber, who did re ring me up, my new total was 15 dollars. However the store manager was very rude and seemed annoyed bc i wanted to know why the same 6 bagels are 12 dollars in the app and 26 in the store. Had i known they charge 1 dollar per bagel for butter i would have not gotten butter. ( i have butter at home). The manager informed me that the next time i could order in the app. However your cashiers job is to ring up customers and be knowledgable of products and services. And as a manager she should show patience and better customer service. Even though i enjoy Einsteins Bagel. I will NEVER patron this location. Its not worth and attitude or 10 dollar up charge for bread!

This is a very nice bagel 😁 shop that offers fresh bagels made daily as well as bagel sandwiches 🥪 which are tasty! The staff were very helpful. You can place orders through their app so, your order will be ready when you arrive. Also, they have a nice 👍 rewards program where you earn points which you can use to get free 🆓 food 🥑. Lastly, I believe they have a drive thru window making it even easier to pick up an order placed through their app.

I have been going to Einstein for the past couple of mornings and I just had to let everyone know how great their staff is. I walked in sad and came out pumped and Happy. The bagels and breakfast sandwiches are definitely made with love. Props to Amber who works hard to ensure everything works the way it should.

I have ordered from this place three times through Door Dash over the past year. Simple egg, bacon and cheese sandwich. All three times it has been made incorrectly. 0% success rate. Just go to THB instead.

I went in there to order two bagel sandwiches. I asked the person that was making my sandwich to cut it in half. He said he would after I got down the road and I started to eat my sandwich. It wasn't cut in half. I would rate this store a big zero one star because it is not managed correctly. People don't really like their job there need to be under new management.

Your staff was most kind and delightful. Amber greeted us all with the most pleasant greeting and the biggest and brightest smile. I explained it was my first time being there. Both Amber and the cook helped a great deal. They both really made my day. Things were recommended and everything was fresh, hot and pretty tasty. Though the places was most quiet and sort of empty Amber made the atmosphere. She filled your establishment with great joy. She remained recommending items while cleaning and prepping the next set of shell eggs to assist her fellow team member. They both made sure I had everything I needed and really made the experience warm and memorable. Kudos to Amber for her stellar customer service. I work in food and beverage as well and persons like you make all well even if it wasn't! That genuine love and attitude that you have will take you very far. Allow her to do your corporate training she is the example of great customer service. Blessings to you and the remainder of the team.
