I love the bagels and most of the food there The service didn't care if I was there or not and was not all that happy that I was there I understood I was there half hour before you close but still wasn't the most pleasant experience The atmosphere felt like an old worn out '90s restaurant with worn out walls and dirty atmosphere which I felt could be fixed with some of the attitude from the employees not being where it was still not saying that the food there was not still a great

I don't know what their thought behind a bacon egg and cheese bagel is but a few crumbles of bacon hardly justifies the price you pay for this.

This is my first and last time here. The customer service was horrible. They don’t greet you, they clearly have an attitude and don’t work as a team. The lady that wore a black shirt and red braids who I presume would be the manager was the worst one. You have to wait 30 minutes + for a simple bagel. The state of this place is abominable. The floors are disguisting the picture doesn’t do it justice. The health department should make a visit to this place.

I'm beyond frustrated with my recent visit to Einstein Bagels. The place was a complete mess—the floor was dirty and wet, making it feel absolutely disgusting. I had to wait over half an hour for my food, despite there being hardly any customers. The staff were unbelievably lazy and clearly couldn't care less about doing their jobs properly. This place is a disgrace and I won't be coming back. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!
