Einstein Bros. Bagels

I had the best experience ever. Bethany was so nice, all the employees did everything possible to make sure my order was fast, complete, and I felt special! Also, the food and coffee was perfect!

Today, I went to buy a coffee at this store, and unfortunately, the cashier Raymond was quite rude. I had to wait for him to finish chatting with his coworker before he even acknowledged me. When it was time for the receipt, instead of handing it to me, he told me to 'grab it,' which confused me because I had to reach over to their computer to get the receipt. I had never experienced anything like that before. Normally, I wouldn’t care about the receipt, but here they call orders by number, so you definitely need it. I never leave reviews, but today I felt terrible. I just wanted a coffee after my classes and ended up dealing with that kind of service.

Was embarrassed and made fun of from the staff just because I didn’t know their whole menu. From someone who works face to face with people, keep that to yourself! Or wait for the customer to leave so you guys can start laughing.

they are usually rude for no reason, they tell each other for different to make the item good or not.

I enjoy Einstein bagels but since the covid they don't open until 6 am. That sucks for me. I have to be at work at 6 am.

You can only order via a phone app. This is just ridiculous.

Amazing food very fresh bagels

Their customer service is horrible. I literally feel picked on at times. After skipping my number I was patient, as sometimes they come back to previous orders. When I finally said something it was like all hell broke loose. That is just one of the many incidents I’ve had. I have had enough and will no longer be a customer there. Someone should remind some of their staff that a little kindness goes a long way.

Just an FYI they don't except Einstein gift cards. They simply use the name and not affiliated with corporate. This should be publicly displayed and told to students.

Wonderful ....I was excited it is hard to find Einstein's got the bacon avocado turkey on an everything bagel with cream cheese and cheddar added delicious. Potato salad was good service was great mocha coffee excellent great lunch

Terrible service and none of them know how to make the food properly. Waste of money and time
