Genuinely one of the best five guys i’ve ever been to. Someone is a pro at hiring or they must have some training because their customer service is TOP NOTCH! I love it here. Rare to find good service sometimes around here but I feel confident in this five guys. Applause to them!

The bacon milkshake is actually just a vanilla milkshake with bacon bits in it, pretty disappointing. They also got rid of the malted milkshake that I really enjoyed so that is also sad. Very expensive food, but you’re paying for the best. Foods great, peanuts are a fun touch.

Typically great but noticed they have swapped a large fry with a regular/small a few time recently. Considering it’s $8 for a large, kinda lame.
Treat the workers in five guys like they are angels they fr made my day and the nicest people in there. Shout out to Anthony ?

This has to be the best 5 guys I have ever been to. The hamburger was cooked perfectly but the fries were the best I have had since they were nice and crispy while soft on the inside! Also so much food I couldn't finish it all so now I have lunch for tomorrow as well.
My problem with the store is the manager Asia young manager that likes to smoke weed with her employees let them leave to get her weed. Also telling the employees that she only hire people under the age of 18 because they listen. Told my husband that is age discrimination he was bought on by another manager and is a very good worker .He was never terminated Asia just stopped putting him on schedule. They fired Za and she was a very good manager didn't smoke weed with her workers made them work. Till this very day still have not contacted my husband about his job. When he contacted her about scheduling him she didn't respond keep telling him age discrimination he not 16 . If you look at all she hired quite sure young not a problem but young old we all need work.

Anthony very so much friendly and always he is more than happy to see his customers happy and all the employees are so friendly and wonderful people! And the place is so clean ? and the restroom are clean and shiny ✨ And always my cheeseburger ? taste incredibly delicious ? And this is the best Five Guys for all locations in entire United States ??! I’ve been in Tennessee, California and Michigan and I tried in these states the Five Guys locations! I been in 7 different countries and tried different countries burgers! But this Five Guys in 936 York Rd, Towson, MD, 21204 are the TOP and Beyond!
Parking: They have so big parking lot! Very big space! And very easy to park! The most easiest park ?
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes highly recommended for wheelchair people because it’s so easy to get inside and very big space inside!

Great food! Delicious! Excellent service! The staff was energetic and friendly! Music, however, was way too loud for me and my wife! Eating should be relaxing and calming. It's about the food, not music. If the music was moderate and therefore considerate of the customers that are eating in, this 5 Guys would be 5 star in everything.
