Best 5 guys I’ve ever been to . They have the nicest staff and they are very fast and pay attention to detail . I’ve never had such a pleasant experience just picking up food . I will definitely be back whenever I’m in the Towson are . Check them out !

2 out 3 burgers had the wrong toppings. Also they had to be reheated. Decent amount of fries but that was about it. Fast casual places are just not adjusting to in store and mobile orders and the impact on operations.

The burger was over 12.99 alone i was charged separate for fries and drink, order was over 23 dollars which i wasnt unwilling to pay. The staff tried messing with my food, i overheard one of them saying he is watching dont do it. I had the worst pieces of bacon, extremely burnt, i took the lettuce off the burger it was not good. They made new fries and she poured what i would consider half the container of salt on the fries, while some of my fries were hot, alot was old fries that had been sitting in the bin. For 23 dollars i didnt feel it was worth it, i do not plan on ever eating at 5 guys again.

I don't know what's going on in this particular Five Guys, but the burgers I and my mother had the other night were HORRIBLE! Soggy bread, mushy, tasteless meat. Awful. Besides that, I immediately began receiving scam emails from some email address that claimed that I needed to give attention to my FG account. WHAT?? The email address wasn't even a good cover. Obviously it was phishing. It's clear that one's information is compromised at this establishment.I don't even usually shop at FG. We went there the other night for the first time in yearrrs, and even before then I only shopped there once or twice a year...every couple of years. It's not my spot. I don't like it. I have enough going on as is, so I definitely don't want to be worrying about my information being sold/stolen every time I visit a restaurant. .I gave five stars on the service since the workers were nice.
