OMG where do I start! To say this food is good is such an insult to this place!! It’s such an understatement.. I lived in York, Pa and would make “THE RUN” to Towson, Md for this food.. turn around and go back home. The Catfish Nuggets, fries and corn nuggets are my go to meals… you’ll eat half out the box before you get home! I only wish the Staff and Restaurant matched.. forget about dining in.. it not the place. However, the food more than makes up for lack of customer service and the lack of atmosphere. Go get it to Go!!! Hip Hop.. build in York/Lancaster/Reading you’ll do well… and save me gas!!

I usually love the chicken here but my last visit was very disappointing. I inquired about a meal on the website that was shown with a drink but when I ordered they said it did not come with a drink. They also gave away my food to the wrong customer, but they immediately refunded my money. I went to America's Best Wings instead.

I order a 2 piece whiting dinner over the phone, literally sitting outside the store. 10 min later i walk in to get my food, asked the cashier was my food fresh she said yes, when i checked my food, my food was hard & cold. The lady checked my fish with her hands, took my food back into the back to management (Alex) he comes back out with the box in his hand, talking about the fish is good. How would you know if the is good if you did not touch it!? He really tried to debate with me about giving me fresh fish or a refund. It’s the small things that matter when running a business & it’s simply having hot food. Terrible costume service

When I walked in, the place immediately hit me with the strong smell of roach spray, and the building itself had an old, unkempt odor. I ordered chicken and fries, but was disappointed to find that the wings were extremely small more like wingettes and definitely overpriced. Everything seemed over-fried, and the fries tasted stale. To make matters worse, I ended up with a stomach ache that lasted for hours. I wouldn’t recommend this spot; there are much better options out there.

Hip hop went downhill. Them is not wings or wingettes, they wingies! Small and fried hard, thought I chewed on the bone. The mac was terrible, how is it watery and barely has any flavor? This is not the same hip hop from 10 years ago
We ordered DOOR DASH. Requested lightly fried fish. The fish was so old, the batter didn’t stay on. Also, inside was so dark, it revealed previously fried. Not FRESH at all. Heavy on the MSG. All white fries.

Ok so the hiphop on Taylor Ave had the best crew n the food was better. Everyone said that was the best one. Now new staff and the good be salty, missing food in your order, and very short/ sometimes nasty attitudes. I wish they would shut it down and put a chinese store there cuz the central Asia place food is NASTY, and the owner is a nasty person n Everyone complains about her
