Wanted to stop by and give haley a positive review. I came in lastnight for dinner and she was just simply amazing. She was on top of her game with my drink, and all you can eat wings. She had a great attitude and was again just amazing. Please give her kudos because she definitely deserves it.

Service can vary, but usually good. Had some servers who were talking with friends and employees instead of serving. One time my server disappeared for 30 minutes when I was ready to get the check. Food is always good however and have never had issue.

We had a great experience. Wings, tots, fried pickles, fish and chicken tacos fish sandwich and chili. Everything came out nice hot and crispy if it was supposed to be crisp. The wait staff was amazing. Bartender even came out to hoolahoop with the grand kids!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely horrible. I placed an online order. Pick up time was at 8:10. After an hour past my original pick up time, my food is cold and doesnt even look appeasing. The side orders are burnt and are barely filled. My wings were supposed to have extra sauce. They are dry.

So I ordered through post mates 10 breaded hot wings, blue cheese/ celery and a side caesar salad. Came to about 24.00. Just to have received cold not hot wings and a pathetic unknown salad with no dressing. Not sure if it's just this location, but the blue cheese is horrible to come from a restaurant known for their wings. Very disappointed and i was excited to eat here since It'd been a long time. And blown.

The wait staff seemed confused and it took over an hour to get ten wings. If it had been crowded I would understand, but there were two people seated in the whole restaurant.

Overall terrible experience. Ordered online for pickup at the time they said everything would be ready. Was not ready for another 30 minutes after the time they said. They cooked one thing at a time and nothing was kept warm. Everything was just tossed around in our boxes and cold so we reheated everything when we go back. Woke up this morning and pretty sure I have food poisoning from this place now. Never going back.
Thoroughly enjoyed this location. Went for lunch on a Tuesday. The service was wonderful. The wings fabulous as usual.

Hooters a few weeks ago. Just horrible. Waited 35 min for food then was asked to repeat the order cause they lost the ticket. Drinks were horrible watered down. The manager on duty "Causey" was confused within herself to even help w anything. The only brightside were the waitresses who seem to be running the restaurant. They corrected the drinks by making them themselves they apologized repeatedly and were upset as well and listened.. A mess i even messaged the gm on here and she responded to nothing. Blair Kristall sometimes your customers just wanna feel appreciated and heard. Hooters yall need to do better..
