Food is excellent, but keep your expectations. Low about service and friendliness. Also, if you go in, there’s a chance that you’ll stand there for 10 to 15 minutes and not get served then leave because you run out of time.

The cauliflower wings are THE best ever! The Asian shrimp or regular shrimp is HIT'N! A vegan s dream come true...lol😁

Food A1 customer service A1 went one day had to run it back the next .. food you would think is meat isn't!!! It's a whole vibe there definitely a hot spot in the town.

They Steal Your Money!

I almost forgot to post this, but my experience at Hue Café was beyond disappointing. Not only was the service subpar, but they fraudulently changed my tip without my consent. When I noticed the overcharge and called to speak with a manager, I was told there wasn’t one available which is ridiculous for any business. Instead of resolving the issue, they refused to issue a refund unless I came in person, which is completely inconvenient and unprofessional.

This place is a total scam, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If they’re willing to steal from customers, who knows what else they’re doing behind the scenes? Avoid this place at all costs!

I just started a new job in the Owning Mills area, and I was looking for a vegan restaurant. When I came across Hue Cafe and thought I would give it a try. The lady at the register was nice and I got the Cuban No Beefbowl and it was good. I'm going to try the Hue's Loaded Nacho today.

Wow! The Chik’n Buffalo Wrap is divine. I’ve been plant based for roughly 22 years and the evolution of the lifestyle excites me. I am excited to find this gem of a restaurant. It’s hard to find varieties of mushrooms prepared the way Hue Cafe & Apothecary has that is quick and easy…. One step away from preparing it myself. I thank you for the thoughtful meal… I will be a returning customer. I have yet to find fresh and exciting meal options that are offered in a “fast food” type of way… I feel like most restaurants that take on plant based cop out and use tofu, beyond meat, and other plant alternatives. None really take the time to work with mushroom and this is simply refreshing.

Hue Cafe Apothecary has the best vegan shrimp I've ever had. The sauce reminded me of the sauce used with orange chicken. I enjoyed the bread that accompanied the vegan cheesesteak. Additionally, the vegan chocolate chip cookie tasted like your typical vegan cookie & the mac n cheese is not something I would recommend.

Lastly, they have a cute little store where I bought an Evil Eye candle & loose leaf tea.

I paid 9 bucks for French fries when I ordered fried potatoes and 10 bucks for cornmeal waffles. I just wasted 38 dollars to throw it away. we got to do better. I didn't think you could mess up waffles

Ordered for the first time today. I got the Mezzo Yam and it was incredible! Service was great. I was greeted with a smile and friendly demeanor and the place looks nice. Bathrooms were clean. I need to go back immediately.
