Stopped by today for the food truck experience. Wanted to support a minority small business and so glad I did. Yum! The fried mushroom sandwich was so good! My daughter and I fought over it! Better and healthier than the chicken sandwiches I have had! Fries great also. Please stop by on the weekend to try this delicious food! Whether you are vegan, vegetarian or a meat eater.....you will love their food!

Update the restaurant to represent your actual hours—closed for a few months as far as I can tell. I’ve been twice now but never eaten here and never will. You need to update your hours because this is annoying.

The burger was decent, but overpriced.
The cauliflower wings are delicious! Did not love the mac n cheese was not “cheesy” enough. Price point is kind of high for the amount of food received.

This was our first time at Hue and it blew us away!! We stopped in because my wife has current dietary restrictions for breastfeeding and the staff and owner were incredible kind and helpful. The food was phenomenal. It's not just great vegan food, it's great food period. 10/10 recommended and would come back again!

I was interested in a matcha latte and they were able to make their strawberry matcha without the strawberry purée for me which was so nice of them. The matcha was delicious! Great service and peaceful environment.

The food was great! Recommend the mushroom pasta and the Rasta pasta. Both very flavorful and saucy. The black garlic mac and cheese was also good.
The chocolate chip cookies were chewy and delicious and my friend really liked her banana pudding.
A little pricey for the sides. $9/$10 for 5-6 pieces of fried plantain is a bit much. The same with the teas. They should also update their menu to reflect their current prices.
I will point out that the service was very good. The young ladies at the front were friendly; they along with the kitchen staff worked quickly to get everyone their food, and the restaurant is overall well cleaned. You may have wait a little as they do seem to get busy in the evenings and there were probably only two cooks in the kitchen.
Definitely recommend this restaurant for any meal!

8.95 for 5 plantains is wild. First and last time I'll go there.

Food is excellent, but keep your expectations. Low about service and friendliness. Also, if you go in, there’s a chance that you’ll stand there for 10 to 15 minutes and not get served then leave because you run out of time.
