My father and I stopped by after an appointment. It server was very helpful noticing that my Dad was using a walker. We've stopped by infrequently over the years and have seen many changes, but server Cheryl has always been a gem.

The employees were all very sweet, but service was so incredibly long. The wait staff seemed very understaffed, the dining room was nearly full with only 2 waitresses working. I hope management considers staffing more people. I felt bad seeing the waitresses working so hard and handling a nearly full dining room with only 2 of them working.

Well I've been here twice within the last six months and have experienced the same exact thing. I was seated but then waited almost 10 minutes for my waiter that never came before I decided to leave to go somewhere else to eat.Its is unfortunate that this location seems to have a problem with service.

I had a really disappointing experience at this IHOP. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, and the server sat us in a broken booth — which he admitted he already knew about — and then just walked away. He was unprofessional while taking our order, and the overall service felt careless. After waiting far too long with no improvement in sight, we ended up leaving without even eating. Definitely not the experience I expected or hoped for.

Visited on Saturday, 11/22, around 1 AM as the last stop on our dinner date, and the experience was excellent from the moment we walked in. We were pleasantly greeted at the entrance, and the atmosphere was perfect with low lighting and soft music. The entire place was spotless — dining area and restrooms included — which really stood out at that hour.
The food was great, and I was impressed enough to speak with the Manager on duty, Bryan McGrines (hopefully spelled correctly). This spot has officially become our late-night breakfast destination after dancing to House Music, and I’m encouraging my fellow House Heads to check it out too.
It feels good knowing the older generation can still go out late, feel safe, and enjoy a comfortable environment. Big ups to the IHOP at Loch Raven & Taylor Ave in Baltimore. Stop by and experience what we did… you won’t be disappointed.

I had such a great experience at IHOP thanks to our amazing waitress. She was incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful from the moment we sat down. She checked on us at the perfect times, made thoughtful recommendations, and made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable.
It’s rare to come across someone who is both friendly and professional, but kamari truly made our visit stand out. Great service really does make a difference, and she absolutely elevated the experience.
Thank you for making our breakfast so pleasant — we’ll definitely be back!

Looking past the fact that one of the team members came out the kitchen yelling “It smells like a dead mouse in here”, the food was beyond horrible, the service wasn’t the best either.
I had the pancake combo with double sausage and hash browns and the only thing that was edible was the pancakes, real talk. The sausage tasted like they walked over to dollar tree real quick and grabbed some, it tasted so cheap and the hash browns tasted like they were freezer burnt and thrown in a microwave with no seasoning.
My sister had a steak that tasted bland and was overly tough with the saltiest fries ever. Everyone that had fries said they were extremely salty.
Other than that our server was nice but she was just a little slow when it came to refills or stuff like ketchup and syrup. This location will definitely never see me again 😩.
