Being from Philadelphia, it was a really good experience! Great food and service! My only suggestion is for the manager to wear a more managerial outfit that is advertising IHOP. I give that suggestion because at first you would not know who the manager was until you heard the authoritativeness and assertiveness in their voice. 🙌🏾🙏🏾💯❣️

We have been IHOP customers for years. It's not hard to meet dietary restrictions and have a good time. The staff at Tech road treat us like family

I cannot rate the rest of the place as we never stayed to eat. While we did have a large party, I was told it would be 35-45 mins to be seated because they only had three servers and there was a packed waiting area with hardly anyone seated at all. This place needs to clean themselves up to survive

Not a good experience My husband and I were seated quickly, only then to wait 20 mins before anyone came to take our order. Our waitress was pleasant but messed up my husbands order , so he had to wait even longer to receive his food. I ordered the steak tips with scrabbled eggs and hash brown. The steak tips were decent, tender and juicy. My husband ordered the banana and strawberry french toast , with turkey sausage, turkey bacon and hashbrowns, he said the french toast were good but his sides were ok. I would rate the food a 6 out of 10. I happened to look over to the couple that was sitting next us and they left an entire omelette and pancakes from taking one bite. I should have known from that. I doubt if we go to this location again. They're food needs flavor and service needs improvement.
