I am updating my review with one star. Just leaving there at 10:45 on a Monday evening, the team member who looks like Felicia on the movie Fridays was very nasty and rude. I dont need anyone glaring at me across the counter with disgust even before I place my $30 order. That's fine Felicia, I won't bother you with my order. I just left and will continue to take my business to Crumbl Cookies! They smile and are quite happy when customers are spending their money with their business. Wow! Never again.

Whenever I need a quick sweet tooth fix, I come on over here and get some great cookies. The parking can sometimes be a challenge, but Hell, parking a few steps away and walking never hurt anyone.

The cookies were all amazing, but the peanut butter cookies were absolutely outstanding, with their irresistibly warm, melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. Plus, the customer service was truly exceptional.
Sooo…. I had a sweet tooth and Googled this place. I didn’t get to experience any items from this establishment. First, when i walked up there was a crowd of about 4-5 ppl outside the door smoking. We stepped inside Insomnia and no one was at the register. I literally watched the staff pass a cigarette and walk in behind me (didn’t wash her hands or anything) get behind the register and asked how could she help me. If safe to assume, we left there empty handed. She’s playing with her braids while waiting for us to make up our mind as to whether or not we want service. Don’t waste you time coming to this Insomnia. Try another location.
