There were 2 young ppl in the store....the guy was on a computer and took a while to come to the front. Then they didn't have hardly anything and it was several hours before closing. These cookies cost a pretty penny for the service to be so poor!!!! Ridiculous

I walked in with idea that I would try at least one cookie. I was in the store for every bit of 3-4mins and no one ever came to the front to address me to see what I want so I wasn't able to taste a cookie at all. I dont know that there is another location closer to me that has better service.

Cookie wasnt as fresh as other locations, and cashier with gold teeth could be more polite and patient, we were the only customers in there ,it wasn’t busy at all, felt like we was bothering him
The cookies were good but the customer service sucked. My husband placed an order to bring my coworkers and I to celebrate nurses week and he overheard an employee in the back complaining about someone placing an order.

Of course when you order food from anywhere it’s not gonna be 10/10 every single time. Y’all acting like your cookies have been through the wringer and back. As a long time customer y’all are overreacting, if your ordering from miles away from a store obviously it’s gonna take a while to get to your house, let’s not be dumb about this. And it comes with the possibility of them being cold. Suck it up. Next time how about make the drive😂 . Anyways a snickerdoodle with caramellionare is da 💣 and I love me a double chocolate chunk. And tbh if your coming 10 min before closing your not getting the best cookies and if you have a problem they always offer to remake. So to anybody on the fence on whether or not to go grab some insomnia , just do it. Don’t listen to what these bozos have to say insomnia is soooo good from any location not even just Towson, -ps bring back the minis💕

Placed an order online for pickup and went to the store they were closed, tried calling no answer, it's 1pm on a Thursday so idk what's up and my cookies were already paid for so im confused
