Man behind the counter was very rude. When we walked in he didn't acknowledge us, he just walked in the back. Then he must have been sick because he snorted his nose and wipe it with his sleeve. If I didn't already have my order in hand, 2 bites in I would have left. Won't come back.

I ordered online. The driver did not follow delivery instructions at all. My cookie box had slugs on the outside of it and ants all in the inside. I put instructions clearly asking to be called or texted so that I could meet them at the door. My family could not enjoy the cookies. I 2ant my tip back! There's only email for me to contact the store so I'm here.
Edit. I change my rating to 1 star. I'm still upset about this. And the cookies were trash.

I’ve heard so many great things about this place so I decided to give it a try. I reallllly wanted to like this place, and maybe I went wrong by not trying a cookie for my first time. But the blondie was terrible. It was extremely dry and crunchy, even after being warmed up. It did not look as soft as one of the photos previously on here, leading me to wonder how long has it been sitting out? But would it have been sitting at all considering this is an establishment advertised as a late night craving spot.
Is the freshness of items guaranteed throughout the night? Or are they just banking on drunk people who can’t taste the difference?
I want to give another try but parking is inconvenient and the shop is incredibly small so even 3 people being in there is a crowd. Not really sure if the prices, quality of food, crowd, and parking is worth mediocrity.

I physically go in myself to pick up my cookies just to avoid what a lot of the other reviewers have said about their cookies being delivered with the seals broken, missing cookies, cookies being thrown off to the side of the road, or just not arriving at all. Blame the delivery app or better yet don’t use the delivery app. It’s not the business fault. The cookies are good from the ones I’ve had.

I ordered through a third party delivery app, I did not go into this location.I cant complain about the cookies flavor, they were all pretty good. I was surprised at how small they were tho, especially after reading that they were "big" and they appear quite large in the photos. They were not big, they were very standard.The price of $19 for 6 is kinda high for what they are. Once you add fees for delivery, it's over $26... meaning you are paying $4.43 per cookie, for pretty average cookies.The prices on their own app is not much better.

I was there today Monday February 5th at 5 pm. The reason I’m mentioning the time so that the manager can take appropriate action against the employee. We walked in there were 3 other customers the employee was back there on her phone. She didn’t even come to counter asking us from the back if we ready. Once I told her we are ready she took 3/4 mins to come out with a nasty attitude. Almost felt like she is forced to work. I was ordering the wich I wanted the deluxe. She said with two different ice cream with the snickerdoodle. All she had to say sincerdoodle come in classic. She said we can’t do that and was mumbling under her breath. She also went like “oh my god like what do you want!!!??” With the nastiest attitude. When I told her what I want she went to ice cream counter and still mumbling about us. I urge the management to take a look into this if they care about their business and customers.
